When there was a problem they didn't seem to care or want to fix it. I was not happy with the service at this hotel. We can't even seem to get a hold of the manager. We kept getting the run around.

Cresthill is one of our normal places to stay when we go to Syracuse. This time though, when we got into the room, it was cold, so we put on the heater, After an hour, it was still freezing! The staff were wonderful and moved us to a different room with a working heater.

This is our second time staying at CrestHill Suites. Very pleased with the experience. Full breakfast in the morning, Staff made us feel welcomed. Next time we’re in the Syracuse area we will definitely book there again!

The key machine was down when we checked in and we had to wait to be escorted to our room everytime we left. On the first night after arrival we had to wait from 10:45pm to 11:30pm for the staff to acquire a master key to let the 4 families waiting into their rooms. And still no discount offered.

We were to stay five nights but only stayed four because of weather. Our room never got cleaned We came in on Tuesday and requested Wednesday that room be cleaned. Upon returning onnFriday our room was not cleaned. We had three days of towels on the floor in the bathroom and we had to request more towels.
