I felt like they really marked up the price of this hotel because of the graduation that was occurring. The dishwasher was not draining so when I opened it to put our dishes in, there was water puddled at the bottle and the coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned

Over all the hotel is a good one. Come here every year and never had any issues. This year I find some issues. One the room was not clean well with some garbage from the pass guest. When I ask for housekeeping if they can clean the room at my 3 day there, they clean but the same garbage from the past guest was still there like they just clean little bit only

The property has multiple long corridors. After lugging stroller and luggage on rack peeved to open the door to 2 queens when I booked king online. Had to go back to check in desk, he insisted I had booked a queen, I had to show my online booking before he conceded. Then gave me a room on the other end of the building, knowing I had all that luggage. Not cool. Room and facility dated.

Filthy!

We booked a stay due to being in town for a concert. We arrived to our room approx 1 am after the show. The hotel appeared to be fully booked. When we turned down the bed we saw stains showing through the bed sheet. The mattress was stained with what appeared to be old blood. Needless to say we slept on the couch and chair in the other room. Crest hill… you can do better! Would not recommend.
