This hotel was unsafe, and the conditions were absolutely terrible. Windows were broken doors wouldn’t even close. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Bedsheets weren’t even changed and the smell of the rooms were absolutely horrid. We felt like we were in a horror movie we end up turning the keys the next day not even saying the next day. This motel was labeled as newly renovated, but it was just a Band-Aid slapped on top of wreckage. Beware do not book this place.

I stayed here because I didn't book early enough (only 1.5 mos out) for SU family weekend. Positives: The family running this place is extremely nice and provided great, prompt customer service. There were many nice people and families staying here. It's clear they are currently renovating the property. There are many other hotels in the area full of families, so the area feels safe. Downsides: the current decor is subpar; my shower screeched when in use; you could push the door open an inch without the use of the key (alarming!); and there are very few amenities: no fitness center, water or coffee in lobby, no safe, tissues, glasses, ice buckets or coffee makers in room, etc. This got the job done but it was definitely not fancy.

I think overall it was a pleasant experience; maybe it's because I was there at a suitable time to visit. I only want to complain that no one is at the front counter, and you have to ring the bell to get help.

Disappointing

Made a last minute decision to stay at this location. Pictures looked great. But inside was a whole different story. They said they were undergoing renovations so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Bathroom had no toilet paper and one towel. The standup shower had a cracked and peeling floor. And ilwhen you stepped by the drain it kind of dipped down. The WiFi was horrible. Couldn’t connect at all. There were two pillows as flat as a sheet of paper. No blanket or comforter on bed. Just a fleece throw. And the sheets were ripped in the corners. And the door to the room was slanted and had to use a kick or Mr rear end to push it closed. Overall very disappointing and only stayed because of limited options

The interior is being updated but there were multiple issues in my room and throughout the property. There's missing door trim at bathroom door. Peeling paint or wallpaper in the bathroom. The door at the rear entrance is in need of lubrication. There's multiple holes in the walls where shelves or other things were and have fallen out. Poor lighting at rear parking lot. The coat rack on the wall is falling out. The only positive was that the bed was comfortable and interior was quiet.

Beware

Upon checking into our room, there were bugs crawling on the wall. There appeared to be people living full-time at the establishment. Throughout the evening, there were three different attempts of people trying to access our room. Overall, I would not recommend staying here

Our room was dirty. Burn holes from cigarettes or Marijuana on the bedspreads. There was long hair all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom door didn't want to shut and the door itself was disgustingly filthy.. The room wasn't vacuumed. The hallway reecked of marijuana. We couldn't wait to leave that place. Will be calling their headquarters. Big sign out front said remodeled!!

Terrible Hotel

Bathroom door was broken would not close , found two roaches in bathroom . Place is in very poor condition. Our bathroom floor felt like it was water damage, felt unsafe people hanging out in hallways . And by back doors. Trash cans outside were overflowing for two days . I will not stay here again.
