The facility was in good shape and the grounds were clean and well kept. The one drawback was that the beds are nearing the end of their lives at least in our room. Being downtown, restaurants well within walking distance. The hotel did not serve a breakfast which we have not experienced in our many travels.

The room was dirty. Some crud came up from the drain the first time we ran the shower. There were dirt marks on the bathroom floor. There were crumbs under the bed and my dogs found them. The air conditioning was wonky. It wouldn't continue re-cooling the room. We'd have to keep lowering it to restart. On a good note, the staff was friendly, they were great about getting more towels. Front desk was friendly. The dog fee was very reasonable. It was convenient location to Sampson State Park where were showing our dogs and there aren't many hotels near the middle of Seneca Lake on the east side. So my overall rating is mediocre. I would stay there again - but I"d check the cleanliness of the room before I officially checked in.

The Inn was absolutely fantastic. Clean, large room, very comfortable beds, friendly staff, and very reasonable room rates. I would definitely stay here again

Checkin was ok. We had never checked in like that; it was rather impersonal. No service to speak of. We didn't know what amenities ( if any) were available. Morning coffee was good. Towels were a bit skimpy. Elevator was noisy, but our stay was fine.
