The daytime front desk staff (one person). If I was a businees owner I would prefer my staff dress appropriately and use language that is appropriate. It just shows a lower class and makes the environment uncomfortable.

Great location
Staff were very friendly, room was bigger than expected and very close to venue. Only issue was the heat that kept kicking on that was extremely loud along with the toilet that kept running. Otherwise we had a great stay and will return in the future!

I enjoyed the staff, especially Santana, Nancy, and her coworker. Santana read some of my book and we talked about it. I signed Nancy’s copy. I rarely get out, so it was a treat staying at your hotel this week.

Bathroom was filthy. The sink looked as though it was not cleaned. The toilet seemed as if someone had used it to make a no. 2 and never cleaned it. The tub had body and pubic hair all over. We called the front desk and sent someone to clean. That first impression was very traumatizing and disappointing.

I have to say over all this was a decent stay. Clean except for the air vent. For some reason, this room was making a very loud vibration from under the sink. If this was a huge issue I would have asked to switch rooms but it really didn’t bother me. I feel it’s important to note though. Shower was lukewarm and the shower head fell off when I was showering. $12 to park. Otherwise great. Convenient location.

Great room! great location. great price. great facilities. my only issue was that when I came to check in there was one guy ahead of me and he apparently had a lot of things to deal with which the check-in manager was handling but it took a half an hour and there was another guy sitting there doing something else behind the computer who could have helped me. when I checked in it took me about 2 minutes so I would have appreciated not standing there for a half an hour since there was another employee on hand. otherwise great
