New hotel which has been open for two weeks. Nice room set up. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and 2 burners. Plates etc too. Everything was great except for no hot water. Manager is working on it with the construction company. Still working out the bumps. Was very apologetic.
We tried to get fresh towels after the third day, We asked for the room to be tidied up. Garbage emptied, new towels possibly clean bathroom.
We actually asked three days in a row. We were assured it would be taken care of. One front desk person stated
' You asked the right man today!"
We we came back after a 15 hour work day the room was same as when we left.
Customer Service recieves a grade of F for Fail.
Stayed for a concert at the JMA wireless dome, the property location was about 4 miles away and was easy to catch an Uber. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, nothing fancy! There is an apartment sized fridge, 2 burner stove and full size microwave if you wanted to bring your own snacks, bring your own cooking utensils they do not stock that!Coffee is the only offering in the lobby! The area really didn't have much near it, Denny's and a gas station with all the necessities within walking distance! All in all not bad for the price! I would use them again!

Overall, the staff was very friendly. The facility itself was extremely clean. However, we had no hot water or even warm water for that matter, in order to take a shower. When expressed to the staff, we were not compensated and we’re told it was because everybody was taking a shower at the same time. They also tried to tell us that we did not run the warm water long enough. Seven minutes should be sufficient time for the water to warm up.
The hotel is beautiful, the person at the desk was friendly and professional. The shower was lukewarm. The price was very affordable.

Upon arrival, there was a long line of people doing the check in. The ladies were pleasant but absolutely not informative. The room was clean but very cold. The thermostat on the wall did not work, no coffee machine in the room, the shower had no pressure and there was no hot water. After our return after waiting in the cold for an uber and having to walk we arrived with our keys that did not work. Turns out eh system went down and rebooted but we were never notified and at 2:15 am wanted to just be in our room in bed. The night staff was friendly and more informative about our room “oh that room the the roses not work you will have to use the unit by the window”.
Stayed for a concert. Hotel was perfect - no frills. But the check-in kiosk was broken so had to wait 25 mins to check in (there was a line of people waiting. Once we got to the room all was well.
This is a new build, so the property was in prime condition and clean. Staff was great. My main complaint was the bedding. Sheets were stiff and the “blanket” available was rough and flimsy, may as well have been just another sheet. WiFi wasn’t great either, but I didn’t really need it much.
