The location is perfect! It is walking distance from both the Archeological Park and Ortigia. Giovanni, our host, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Street parking is available.

Everything was perfect specially our host Giovanni who was very helpful in assisting us with whatever questions we may have. He also helped us park our car near the property after we checked in. Location is just right. There’s an excellent small coffee shop across the street unmarked with great pastries for breakfast. Balcony was a plus! He’s very compassionate and understands the needs of travelers. Grazie Mille!

Overall - outstanding. The location was ideal. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and the directions were easy. The location was perfect for us, since we wanted to tour the ancient city of Ortigia. The owners were absolutely wonderful tending to our needs during our stay. Giovanni and Elenora were very kind and gracious. Elenora, who is a tour guide, provided us with a wonderful tour of nearby Ortigia which we loved. The room, bedding and other accomodations were perfect. We highly recommend their B & B. Roy & Linda Cirincione

We really enjoyed our stay and Giovanni our host was extremely helpful. The location is close to Ortigia island so when your car is parked for free near the hotel you can walk to the island and enjoy the sights and the restaurants. Breakfast was very nice as well!

A very good value and well located

Giovanni was an excellent host, helping us find the hotel, making sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable about the ins and outs, good recommendations on dining and activities. The room was well appointed, clean and the bed was comfortable. A to-go b-fast would have been nice for our early departure.

This is a perfect location: close to the rail station and midway between the northern archialogical park and the southern end of Syracuse where the bridges take you over to the old island city. Nicely renovated rooms and a friendly host serving a delicious breakfast. Good advice on restaurants and boat excusrions.
