When I arrived the hotel entrance was locked and there was no one at the reception. Waited 15min when receptionist finally returned. His explanation was he was helping a customer who was locked out of his room. Ok, but that is not an excuse. Hotel understaffed

This was a clean, well equipped, well run hotel. Breakfast was adequate. Easy check in/check out.l with pleasant, professional staff. Great for the price and I recommend.

Didn't even make it to check in. Guy passed out in parking Lot. Weed smoking right next to front check in. Loitering in the parking lot. Side view looks like a prison yard with barred and gated up windows and entrance ways. This is a motel not a hotel. Not as advertised and now I'm fighting to get my refund.

Returned to my room at 10:30pm & my door had been left open by cleaning staff front desk offered no solution or explanation…they didn’t offer to check or change my room. They said they would make a note of it,to whom I don’t know. Unsecured unsafe environment will never stay there again

Worst experience. Sent me confirmation of my new date of arrive and stay when I called them to let them know I would arrive late...they told me I did not have a reservation and that it was yesterday and I was a no Show. I forwarded my confirmation email. Then they told me sorry we don't have any rooms....leaving me scrambling to find another hotel. DO NOT GO THERE. Poor management

Room was small and bare bones but clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities… existed. The breakfast wasn’t anything worth mentioning and the exercise room was limited but functional. The surrounding area is not good - I wouldn’t walk off of the property grounds, and wasn’t happy that the room doors opened to the exterior.
