The front desk clerk was very nice, welcoming and generous. Check in was quick and easy. The parking lot is very well lit, which I really appreciated. The clerk has access to cameras covering the parking lot and entrances, so I felt secure. You can’t get to the hallways without your room key, so we didn’t have to worry about strangers coming to our door. We arrived at night & I was surprised how close the hotel is to the highway. However, we couldn’t hear ANYTHING as far as traffic goes. I didn’t really feel like the area was unsafe. I didn’t really see any concerning behavior or characters hanging around. Our room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. It was a very good experience, if I am being honest.

Staff at front desk was nery helpful - especially Millie. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, which was OK with us, but not requested. Bed was very comfortable. It was very noisy even at night, with carts rolling along the open hallways. Convenient location, good breakfast.

Good small hotel

Great for a one night stay. The staff was very friendly. We appreciated the included breakfast. Not a ton of variety or freshness, but was free and helped us save from spending on another meal. The room was moderately clean. The tub was a bit dusty and the carpet made our socks brown, but the surfaces and bed were clean. I was worried about parking looking at some other reviews, but we didn't have any troubles finding a spot. The lot was full when we came back from our event later on though. The rooms open to outside but there is a locked breezeway and you need a hotel key card to get in, so it felt secure.

Exterior Room Access Property

This property is more of a motel. This was definitely not stated in the hotels.com listing. Would have never booked it if I knew this in advance. All room entrances are exterior, outdoor access only. Granted, you have to gain entrance through a locked door...but when loitering homeless, drunk men (clearly high on something) stand outside smoking cigarette after cigarette, stumbling and falling to the curb....waiting for someone to open the door to gain access to the stairwell, was truly disturbing. Following our return from dinner, my daughter and I sat in the car for almost an hour, too afraid to go back up to the room. Bed was comfortable enough, but once we got settled, we noticed little flying bugs and multiple flies in our room. Bathroom towels were mismatched and quite old and crunchy. Breakfast was included in our stay but we couldn't leave fast enough.

Good for what it is

The service is great. You can tell they’re putting a lot of work into the inside/rooms. I would recommend for a low budget individual/couple. I went with young children and the area isn’t great (not the motels fault). A lot of outside noise, outside the rooms reeked of smoke. The rooms themselves were just fine. The customer service was good star, great!

The staff was very friendly and in the evening instead of sitting in the room with our friends we were sitting in the empty breakfast area, that was very convinient. Good clean rooms. Short drive to everything.

The room was clean and very comfortable. No issue with room as it is clear they do a very good job with them. The bed was comfortable and bathroom very clean. I can see that they are trying very hard with updated parking lot, plenty of lighting in parking area, safety features of locked doors to exterior entrances with key code access only. The price was good for what I got and staff was attentive when I raised an issue.
