Who are surprised we had rented over I’m sorryP put it back in the guy standing, but we were using Room tonight so now we’re like stuck in limbo with no place to stay. We know the bank said to call you guys back because a verification or a verification hold is just a why he didn’t tell us that because we asked him specifically and he said no it’s not it’s not it’s just gonna hold it until you until you check out sohold and they didn’t hold it. They just withdrew it from my wow that’s we did and then Well we asked him and he told us that it wasn’t going to take it out because of this reason and then this morning, he said no I put it back. It’s in your account so I called the bank bank said that they only have it. It got withdrawn today and it they don’t see anything even coming in

Outdated and dirty. Sheets weren't cleaned. Found and killed several roaches. Staff were polite but seemed over it. They're tired of having to explain the subpar conditions. I stayed here because every decent hotel in the area was booked. I will not stay her again.

I booked this hotel for 3 days and had to call Expedia to cancel after being there for only a few hours. The property is dirty (even though the pictures on the website make it look fine). There were people yelling at night and I did not feel safe at all. Expedia was able to refund my money and apparently the hotel had no objection. This must happen a lot. Do not stay here unless you have no other choice. I often stay at budget hotels while travelling. My only criteria is "clean and safe". This property offered neither of those things.

I'm really unhappy with my hotel stay. The non-smoking room smells like cigarettes, the room and bathroom are dirty, and my key card stopped working after just 2 days, even though I paid for 3 nights. And to make matters worse, it stopped working again 10 minutes before check-out time.

Dirty feces filled disposable diapers laying about, shady characters using the parking lot, feral children, lobby reeked of cigarette and mj smoke. Property was overall filthy. Im a very easy to please guest and I couldn't stay they. I want a full refund or I'm calling the health department and social services. Red Roof and Expedia could not possibly want their names associated with this unsanitary mess.

The hallways smelled of smoke, and the linens and towels were dirty. We received towels for only 2 people. The staff was friendly and helpful. The TV, microwave, and refrigerator all plugged into the same outlet, which had room for only two of them. I didn't realize that the previous occupant unplugged the fridge; so, all of our food spoiled. The sofa-bed mattress was less comfortable than the floor.
