Not worth the money

Check in was quick/easy. Got to room, closed the door and saw hole in the wall. Towel on tub was damp and dirty (hard to see in pic but there’s a dirty shoe print). Kitchen area…fridge leaked a little, sink faucet didn’t work. Carpet damp around the A/C but I couldn’t find where it might have been leaking. Cable was out morning of check out. Pulled seat cushion from chair and it was filthy. Two rooms down was caution taped off due to a busted out window. And trash cans overflowing outside a few other rooms in the parking lots. Unfortunately I ended up having to stay a 2nd night, fortunately was easily booked thru front desk and he “gave me” a 10% discount 👍 The bed/pillows were very comfortable👍 Shower head had better than average water pressure👍👍 In my opinion worth $50 or less per/night….not $100 per/night

Lacking Maintenance

The surrounding to start with is unkept and dirty. Looks unmaintained and dirty. The toilet and sink grossing flirty. I could not sit on the toilet seat, afraid of getting toilet infections. I reported the dirts after I checked into the room but was informed the cleaner was closed for the day. The telephone listed on the website is out of service. The phone box in the bedroom is faulty and will only work after twisting the cord behind the box.

It smelled, there was not water, a drunk man tried to enter our room. We let the front desk staff know about the hot water and they said they would refund us and they still have not. Do not stay there

The room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area ..

Very Comfy bed and well equipped room. However, even thought is a "no smoky" room when you step inside the room, the smell of cigarettes invades you, the smell is so impregnated that it never dissipates. Likewise, the pillows had a strange smell, like Arm Pit. I recommend that they seriously improve the cleaning.

The room was mostly clean. But the outside surroundings were very dirty and unkept with permanent live-ins. No ammenities. And extremely noisey. I would not recommend this motel.

I had a disappointing experience with both Days Inn by Wyndham Liverpool/Syracuse. The room was unclean, with insects in the bathroom, stained bedding, burn marks on the blanket and the room smelled as if someone had smoked inside of it just a few hours before checking. Despite being assured by the on-site manager Mr. Patel that a refund would be issued, it was never issued. Expedia provided no meaningful support in resolving the issue they were unable to reach anyone at Days Inn Syracuse.

Room is not clean at all I want a refund I literally got there and left after 5 minutes i didn’t even want to sleep in that bed it was so gross there was stains and it was brown the mini fridge was gross the nightstand was literally broken the celling was literally falling down due to water damage the tv remote didn’t work and was sticky it was just awful there was random stuff outside aswell like a actual seat from a car or a lawn chair

This place was not maintained at all the grass was not grass it was just weet and other kinds of plants it honestly looked abandoned until I noticed a car in the parking lot. Do not recommend at all unless you want to get drunk or smoke some weed. Definitely don’t take kids here not family friendly.
