There was a patron that reported that there were BUGS in the bath tub of their original room. The second one was ok but I saw several areas that were concerning to me.

Beyond terrible experience. Poor service from staff and mold absolutely everywhere. You could smell it when you walked in the room. They showed me 3 other rooms as an alternative and they were all worse than the first one. Lady at the desk that a refund is fine but that I have to deal with it through Hotels, who them in return told me to deal with the hotel itself. Terrible experience, please stay away

At check-in the staff seemed annoyed because it was around midnight and I interrupted his tv show, didn’t know what size room I paid for….This was horrible, the hallway to our room smelt like mildew and when we got to our room it smelt like wet dog. Dust on the wall behind our beds and on the tables.

It was fine to have a clean quiet place to lay our heads but breakfast was a joke a little Debbie honey bun was just a stupid idea as continental breakfast. But all in all it was clean and quiet.
