The hotel was so very clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the towels were sparkling whhite. I have a service dog and the employees knew the ADA laws. I will stay again.

Aside from super cleanliness of the room, the very pleasant lobby area, and the well-maintained area around the property, we appreciated that the room was always the just the right temperature every day--we did not have to make any adjustments. And, unlike so many hotels these days (including those that cost much more), our room was cleaned and the toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies were replaced each day. Clean, good location, and excellent service all for a great price.

I have been to many "5" star hotels and this is down right the BEST hotel I have been to in a long time. When I walked into my room I was shocked to say the least. Very clean, very comfortable and very safe feeling. I would recommend to anyone in this area.

I like the convenience of where it's at. I did not like the blood spot found on my pillow. It made be believe sheets and pillow cases were not changed before renting the room out again. I was told they were definitely changed. But how does that explain the blood on my pillow? I brought my own 2 pillows with me because I've stayed before and the pillows were small. I didn't notice the blood until I took my pillows off the following morning because I knew they'd be making the bed!! I didn't like being told that they were definitely changed when I knew for a fact, the blood did not come from me!! Also, the bathroom door was so loud when trying to open it, like it was sticking somewhere!! And the screaming and hollering that was going on next to our room at 4am that woke me up from a sound sleep!! It was ridiculous!! I was about to call the front desk until they started to simmer down after about 10 min.

The spot was clean, but it had subtle animal smell/wet smell in the room. The microwave and refrigerator was convenient. It served its purpose, which was sleep and a shower.
