The hotel has a nice charm. How, although the staff is friendly, they are non-responsive to customer service requests. We stayed 4 nights and requested room service by day 2. We did not receive room service at any time and were forced to go to the front desk for resupply and towel service. Worst room service in all my decades of travel.

This was a nice property with an excellent restaurant next store, however, we did not have the best of experiences. Firstly, upon our arrival there were no towels in our bathroom and we had to hunt someone down in order to have them for a shower. Second, the guests above us were incredibly loud late into the night and once again very early in the morning. It was difficult to tell if the walls were incredibly thin, or if we just happened to be unlucky enough to be in a room under something that decided to stomp around all night and early in the morning.

Not our best stay

We've stayed here many times but this wasn't the best stay. We had two rooms. One was ok. The other room hadn't been cleaned (trash in the cans, on the table and in an Amazon bag in the corner). Even after I raised this and they said they'd send someone down while we were at dinner, nothing changed. My daughter also left her kid slippers and when I called the next day, no on could seem to locate them (even though I told them exactly where they were). This may have been a on off experience, but it'll make me think twice about staying again.
