Room was clean but it was cold. It was apparent that the heat had not been turned on for quite some time. Floors were icy cold. That's to say that even with our reservation the room was not 'ready' for us. Other than that, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was well equipped with everything we needed.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical and mediocre, but free. Lobby area small and cramped- not cozy. Fridge in room didn't work. Clean enough, but not very clean. Maneuvering in and out with any amount of luggage was challenging given the unshoveled ramps, tiny carts and only one small elevator off the lobby. Best part was convenience to local shopping.
