The staff at The Parkview were amazing. From random conversations with the cleaning staff to Spencer at the front desk giving me tips on places to check out, my stay was wonderful. I was moving my child into Syracuse University, but I also had to work from the room each morning. The desk was perfect and the room was quiet and very comfortable. I will absolutely be staying there again when I visit my student! Thank you!

Older hotel that could use updating. The air conditioner & bathroom fan were both really loud. Free parking in the back which was a plus. There wasn’t much in the immediate surrounding area, although we liked eating at Phoebe’s down the street. Would pick a hotel closer to downtown next time just to be closer to restaurants & shopping.

Wonderful Old Boutique Hotel
It’s not the most upgraded place, but it has a charm that is rare in hotels today. Clean, roomy, and quiet. Perfect for business travel.

Staff were fantastic and friendly. Easy check in and check out. Parking was plentiful and well lit. Very close to downtown so everything was easy access. Well done, I would stay here again on my next trip to Syracuse.
