Good service.

Great location. Close to everything. Breakfast was delicious. Specially the cappuccino from the coffee machine. The cakes were a little dry. The room is clean and spacious. I think it was missing a cozy feel. They give you a very little thin blanket. Not even the size of the bed. We had a king bed and the blanket did not cover the bed. Pillows weren’t great either. King bed needs king pillows. A soft light comforter would have been great.

I booked a room at the Ibis Hotel in Barretos, just for this night, to stay with my father, and I found the staff extremely unprofessional. The door had an issue because the breathing machine my father uses was left inside the room, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress for us. I was very disappointed by how slow and careless everything felt. When I entered the room, the air conditioner was extremely dirty — very dirty — and my father has respiratory problems. How can I turn on a dirty air conditioner in a hotel room for someone who needs clean air to breathe? Because of this, I had to sleep in the heat all night. I booked two rooms for four people. The girl at the front desk kept saying she was doing me a “favor” by letting us use the second room — even though I paid for two rooms for four people. My sister and I stayed in one room, and my parents in the other. I explained that sometimes my sister stays in my parents’ room to help my mom take care of my dad. The receptionist said that if my sister stayed there, she would charge an extra fee. I told her that our other room would be empty anyway, so it should be cheaper. She still insisted that she was doing me a favor, but she didn’t give me any discount for the empty room. So, all this stress combined — dirty air conditioner, dirty room, bad attitude at the front desk — made this experience extremely frustrating and disappointing. Even though it’s a cheap hotel, the quality is very poor, really poor.

We really like staying here with direct access to Thermas das Larangais. The food is excellent with many options and the pools are really nice. The property is getting old so the rooms although clean and comfortable are not as nice as I would like.

Excelente Pousada. Localização próxima ao centro, atendimento excelente de todos os funcionários . Quarto ótimo. Café da manhã maravilhoso, tudo fresquinho. Só tenho elogios, principalmente do atendimento desde o whatsapp até o presencial. Voltarei com certeza em uma próxima oportunidade
