It was unexpected that this is a motel, not hotel. There is a pool but no hot tub. Everything is super dated but the staff was helpful and do a good job. More than anything, the mattresses are gross. I lifted the bottom sheets to check for bed bugs, and thankfully there was no evidence of any, but I had a hard time sleeping there after I looked because the mattress were both stained.

I checked in with manager Candy and trainee Gigi who were very friendly and did their best to give me a great room for my stay. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. All was great until the alarm clock blasted me unexpectedly at 5:45 am. Someone left an alarm bomb for me….. it took a while to calm myself after that…. Awoke on my own at 7. Breakfast was included and …. meh. The hotel is old and tired but the rooms are large and comfy. It’s close to relatives that I visit. Its location trumps all the other minor drawbacks.

I couldn't use the coffeepot in the morning because the outlet wasn't working. It looked like it was mounted insecurely and moved as I tried to plug/unplug the coffeepot. I moved the coffeepot to another location, but was concerned about the malfunctioning outlet. The place is quiet and clean with a nice staff.

We were on the bottom floor. People above us were very noisy and stomping at odd hours in the late night and early morning, which made restful sleep difficult. Beds were very stiff & full of fragrant laundry scent. Room did not have a clothing iron in it & hotel staff did not bring us one when requested. Also, we asked for a crib for our toddler & they did not provide one (even though it is listed as an option). We had to bring our own portable crib. At least the room was clean and they provided breakfast.

Meh! Just like many of the reviews, Door lock didn't work properly, and coffee and eggs required at least a half hour to be restocked.

Our room just reeked of febreze and had a lot of spiders crawling on the walls. The hotel in general was not in great condition. I would not stay there again.
