The front desk lady that was checking us in was really sweet, the hotel is clean, up to date, quiet and feels safe. Breakfast has a lot of options. Just everything you want when traveling!

The hotel was very nice and made our stay comfortable. One problem was room was not made up on second day. We left the room around 10:30 and returned around 4:30 in the afternoon. Maid knocked on door around 5 and we told her it was too late we were here for the night. Not a big deal, but you would think they would know which rooms had guests staying in and would clean these first.

It was as most reviews said it was, we were very happy. It was clean, modern, and best of all breakfast was good and included! I would recommend anyone to stay there. The security staff was also on top of parking area, the trunk of our car wouldn’t stay closed and so we were immediately informed by hotel staff. I will be staying there every time we visit.

Very friendly check in clerk. I had to wait 3 hours past check in time for my room to be ready because it wasn't only cleaned, to be told that a latr check out request would cost me 15 per half hour. Could have asked to deduct they from the loss of 3 hours rest due to my room not ready.

This was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms comfortable and clean. Parking was convenient, safe with security who patrols the lot. The breakfast was often out of certain items which was frustrating, and had very small area to sit and eat breakfast with weird tables. Road noise was very loud as well at night. Other than that, would recommend this hotel.

A very impressive BW Plus!

What a very comfortable place with easy access to the SEA airport. The staff here does a marvelous job with cleanliness in the room and common spaces. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the 24/7 coffee system is over the top! I’d most definitely stay again.

Walking into this Best Western location I was greeted by the most pleasant, positive, and wonderfully welcoming ladies. They were extremely professional and friendly. The security guard was very sweet too! He made sure I was able to park at the hotel lot when there actually wasn’t any available by moving another vehicle. I believe they were the night shift employees. They made my stay comfortable, and had me feeling safe. The property is located by a goodwill where people were sleeping in their cars at night, not bothering anyone. No fault of Best Western, The noise that woke me every night was from super loud cars on the main road. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Hotel was pleasant, clean, and stocked with all the basics. I would stay here again. Denny’s, Elmer’s, and Starbuck are very close.
