Privacy They don't tell anyone who comes to the property you are there keeping you safe from harm..the staff is excellent..the customer service is excellent..the maids are excellent friendly and care about the property and rooms..The Hotel manager responded quicky..to a urgent room situation..it is a excellent place for families. Very nice staff and room service..if you are coming from out of town with your family or o. Tour or business this is a good place to stay

I enjoyed the stay here because the businesses around this area! Cafes/food, grocery stores, shopping, gas, etc. All very convenient, staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few things I noticed that were a bit damaged. Like a doorknob in the bathroom and the wood under the mini fridge. But overall, it was clean and cozy.

The water in the shower was cold when we showered, the back wall appeared to be dirty, we requested towels to shower but never came to my room so my husband ended up going for them. Front desk were very friendly and everything else appeared cleaned. It did have a weird smell as you walked in the front entrance of hotel.

We were in an older room at first. It smelled like someone peed in heat/ air register. We told the front desk. They immediately moved us to newer room.. same size...very clean. Staff was kind and helpful from arrival to departure. Pool was cold.
