Had a great stay with my family for one night at this hotel, staff was really friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Although the bathroom was a bit small for the special-size people, everything was perfect, especially the very affordable price. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Late in the evening, we were already asleep and wakened by shouting and fighting in the room above us. It went on for awhile before it finally got quiet. Also, once the bathroom door was closed, the dirt behind the door indicated it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The baseboard was quite dirty which made me wonder about how clean the shower and other areas were. The price was quite reasonable.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The description on Expedia is at best outdated, at worst intentionally misleading. This hotel does not have many of the ammenities advertised, and the rooms pictured are a far cry from the room we received. After checking in and experiencing mediocre service, walking into a no-smoking room that reeked of stale cigarettes and industrial cleaners, and listening to a heated and potentially violent argument between our neighbors, we elected to stay somewhere else that night. I suggest you do the same.

The bathroom walls were dirty. The staff was really rude. That was up that the desk. They weren’t completely honest about the pet policy. The woman only charged me for one pet fee for two days and took half of my friends deposit for the second day. I tried to give her my debit card for the second day and she said no and we were only a couple minutes late to get breakfast. They said we can’t have it.
