Had a great stay with my family for one night at this hotel, staff was really friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Although the bathroom was a bit small for the special-size people, everything was perfect, especially the very affordable price. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Late in the evening, we were already asleep and wakened by shouting and fighting in the room above us. It went on for awhile before it finally got quiet. Also, once the bathroom door was closed, the dirt behind the door indicated it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The baseboard was quite dirty which made me wonder about how clean the shower and other areas were. The price was quite reasonable.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The description on Expedia is at best outdated, at worst intentionally misleading. This hotel does not have many of the ammenities advertised, and the rooms pictured are a far cry from the room we received. After checking in and experiencing mediocre service, walking into a no-smoking room that reeked of stale cigarettes and industrial cleaners, and listening to a heated and potentially violent argument between our neighbors, we elected to stay somewhere else that night. I suggest you do the same.

The bathroom walls were dirty. The staff was really rude. That was up that the desk. They weren’t completely honest about the pet policy. The woman only charged me for one pet fee for two days and took half of my friends deposit for the second day. I tried to give her my debit card for the second day and she said no and we were only a couple minutes late to get breakfast. They said we can’t have it.

We were disappointed that after being given a late checkout that when we went to the desk to checkout they kept our cash deposit that we needed for a stay at our next hotel. The front desk person said: YOU CAN ALWAYS SLEEP ON THE STREETS TONIGHT. THATSBA FREE OPTION. SMH! The kid should be fired for talking to a guest that way.

The room was clean; the only problem I found was that they required a $60 deposit in CASH, which was unexpected, and it is not usual in any of the hotels as they already have my credit card information. However, they promise you to return it at the time of leaving. In my case, I forgot and remember when I was back home in another state. I requested that you send it to me via Venmo or check. They did not accept and promised me it would be valid the next time I stayed at their place. I am not sure if I will be back there. Also, the waffle machine trips off the power on every other wafle. While I had breakfast there, I struggled to get my waffle cooked.

Worst motel I have ever been to. The whole property is filthy. There was no security lock on the door. The cover on the shower drain was just laying in the shower, not even attached. The bathroom vanity is rotting out. All of the lampshades are broken. There was no hangers for clothes. There was burn holes in the blankets. The chair was severely stained and dirty. People were banging on the door all night. Talking loud and listening to loud music outside the room until 3 am. I did not get to the room until late at night after a long flight. I moved the chair in front of the door and slept in my clothes. I talked to the clerk in the morning and he said he could not do anything and I would have to talk to a manager later that day. I called back and was told that a manager was not working that day and to try the next day. I explained the issues and was told that all their rooms are like that. I asked to be moved to a different room with a door lock. The lady said first that i would have to pay more, then told me they didn't have any rooms available. I asked her if i could check out and get refunded for the remaining 3 days i had paid for. She said i would have to ask a manager about that. I ask when a manager would be working and she said tomorrow, but I would have to deal with Expedia because i booked through them. I went back and checked out and got my 60.00 dollar cash deposit back. I then talked to Expedia and sent them the pictures.

Key card activated any time we set it on the fridge, or near our car’s radio, floor was missing sections and anywhere you stepped near the bathroom made water seep up from the floor. Maid services didn’t swap our towels during our stay so we went to trade our dirty towels for one fresh one and at check out we were accused of trying to steal the hotel towels because there was only the one towel in the room. WiFi wouldn’t load anything. Booked a king bed and was given two double beds without notice, microwave was disgusting.

The property is old and dirty. The bathrooms were gross and grout was moldy. The bed mattresses were so low quality that you can actually feel the springs. There is constant noise and commotion all night. The front staff was not very friendly and they require $60 cash for deposit which I received back in $1 bills. The last night was a nightmare because one of the units flooded because the sprinkler went off at 2am. They put me in the far back of the complex and I was genuinely afraid my car was going to get stolen. I will never stay here again and will spend a couple extra bucks to stay at another hotel.

- Bedsheets had holes and tears in them - Blanket and sheets had cigarette burn holes in them - Flooring was peeling from the floor causing loud and uneven flooring - Wall outlets were loose and the lamps kept flickering on and off due to this - Lamp shades completely broken - Room smelt very musty and cigarette like for a non-smoking room - Bathroom door does not close all the way, and toilet is loose - Key was deactivated each day even though we were staying for 3 nights - Ice machine not able to access after 10pm - Fire / Flood in the room above us at 3 in the morning kept everybody awake for hours due to firetrucks / fire alarm / firemen

The only star is going to go to Cheyenne who was working at the front desk. She was very friendly and tried to upgrade me from a smoking room (because the other non-smoking rooms still weren't done being cleaned at 5:45 p.m. when we arrived) to the jacuzzi suite but extremely unfortunately it only had one bed so I had to take a smoking room. The room had SPLATTERED BLOOD on the ceiling, dozens and dozens of burn holes and stains on the blankets, and the possible prostitute upstairs was making an insane amount of noise. For 30 straight minutes it sounded like a herd of elephants at 1:00 a.m. There was a picture on the wall that the glass had been broken out of and things ripped off of it. The room had definitely been cleaned well but there's just no getting around a popcorn ceiling with splattered blood. We got ready for a concert in the room and left 40 minutes later. When we got back from the concert at 12:30 a.m., we were in the room for about 20-30 minutes and decided between the nasty bed and the constant noise upstairs that were going to pack up our stuff and drive the almost 2 hours home. I went into the office (where there was an unmarked police SUV parked in front) and told them simply "I wanted to check out" The front desk guy gave me my deposit back without saying a word and we left. I probably should have asked for my money back but decided it just wasn't even worth it.
