We had a little confusion figuring out where the hotel entrance was when coming in off the interstate. The security at the casino entrance (main focal point when approaching) told me where i should go. The inside of the hotel was great, everything was roomy, and it was a goid location to head out from for excursions.

Parking garage was a nightmare, Check in was very professional & friendly. We ordered room service breakfast for the 2 of us. We got 1 set of silverware and didn’t get our toast. Unfortunately, we knew we wouldn’t get it because they were slammed with call after call . It took 15 minutes of back to back hitting redial for us to get through. To place our order.

I was very disappointed that there was not a microwave in the room. This put a huge downer on my stay. Especially since it feels like a set up to order food from their facility. The elevators were consistently a problem with my card. There was no music or dancing in the casino. Other than that, the room was very clean pleasant to stay in. Not worth the price I paid though considering all things.
