Very nice, brand new facility with free parking. Only downside is the overwhelming smell of smoke in the lobby from the casino but I don’t think there’s anything they can do to fix that.

The property does not have good ventilation system. The smoke was unbearable. I could barely breathe. It should have been updated when the renovated the casino and built a hotel, I don’t know why that was overlooked. The staff at the check-in desk didn’t know what they were doing. They took far too long to get me to my room. The rooms were nice and clean so I appreciated that aspect. The hotel was nice and modern. The garage parking smelled like urine and dirty.

1. Power outage started the day before. We were never informed prior to our arrival. We could've arranged a different accommodation if we kne the day before. 2. We arrived in the morning, but was still never informed about the outage. 3. The outage lasted until around 11pm. The room is so dark and hot. They did not even offer alternative lighting. The whole casino area was lit. But the hotels weren't. 4. Was not offered drink bottled water upon check in. The elevator was confusing. 5. Was not offered compensation for the power outage inconvenience. 6. Good thing though, the staffs and security personnel were really nice, friendly, and helpful. We really liked that. 7. I probably won't come back.

Really great hotel in an easy location. Free secure parking (security on duty). Reception staff super helpful. I did find it off putting that everything (almost) was in the casino (restaurants, bars etc) with people smoking it wasn’t nice. I did find the rooftop bar which offers fantastic food, service and views. Will definitely stay again. I also won $50 on roulette which always helps.

Power outage -blase response

The power went out at 1:30am and was not restored when we left at 10am. Staff had no clue how long the power would be out, and there was no sense of urgency communicated about restoring the power.
