Chlorine Overload
Friendly people and clean. However, the hot tub was so chlorinated that it changed the color of our bathing suits and our skin still smells like chemicals 24 hours later. Closer to swimming poison than swimming in water.

This is a casino that allows smoking. However the smell of smoke is very strong throughout the hotel lobby/sitting area and coffee bar. Very nice room and no smoke smell.

Ordering room service was a nightmare…took over 30 minutes to place our order… When checking in…the staff never told us we needed to use our room key to get to our floor…a question should be asked….if it was the first time staying at the hotel…parking is not easy…not enough signage to find the entrance to the hotel.

It is what it is
If you are a light sleeper be aware the freeway is outside your window. The bed is okay but the sheets are starched. You can't hear the next room over, but you hear everything in the hall. Great Rooftop Bar! Convenient to get to anywhere in Tacoma or the surrounding area.

No dining that allows children on property except the very expensive steakhouse which was good but not exceptional. It does have a great view. Both pastas we had were not very tasty. Also had fillet mignon and rib eye which were both good. Hotel is new and very clean but we could smell smoke from the casino.

Staff amazing and friendly . Disappointed pool was closed for maintenance for our stay . And went to wrong hotel first . There’s two same name different freeway exits . But overall . Great modern hotel . Awesome rooftop restaurant/bar patio .
