A little confusing to find where to go to check in, but everyone was so so helpful in guiding us where to go. Once in the elevator and up to our room, you would not even know that you were in a casino! Comfortable beds, nice shower pressure and nicely appointed rooms.

Was told that we reserved a room at their other hotel. The person at the front desk was a zero. It too 30 minutes of frustration and finally getting someone who realized they screwed up. We finally got a room. At least one person cared there. Not cool telling me to call Expidia to figure it out.

Horrible place to stay.

Smelly, old room with finger prints all over the curtains. Housekeeping across from our room hours before check out while we’re still trying to sleep and maintenance work on the room right next to us at the same time. Bathroom floor was dirty. Room looks dated not at all like the ones pictured online. Heavy smoke smell throughout the room/hotel making it difficult to breathe. Some front desk staff rude and indifferent others not so bad.
