The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The biggest drawbacks were the noise and the check in process. The noise wasn’t due to unruly guests, just poor construction. At check in, they make you sign three pages in which you consent to being charged extra if you leave excess mess. Who wants to give advance consent to being charged extra without notice or an opportunity to dispute the charges?

The room and staff were pretty on par. The Continental breakfast was definitely fair, but nothing over the top. The orange juice was better than then normal dispenser kind.

We didn't get to enjoy any amenities, as we stayed just one night. It was very quiet, bed was super comfortable and the continuous fan actually stayed on consciously (I use it for sleep). Very pleased with our stay, we'll be back.

The bedding stank of cigarettes so either hadnt been changed from prior guest or had come through the open window. Breakfast was what you would expect. Not horrible but not great.

Booked this for my parents who are elderly and mobility challenged. Elevator and hallways were good and not difficult for them. Wished they had one more elevator as it got mildly busy (but no more than about a 4 min wait). Staff was efficient and kind - delivered extra blankets to room when we asked. Also, my dad liked the walk ability of area (he can get around better than my mom who needs a walker). Not a super fancy place but clean and comfortable. Only other wish, though, is that they had more/better lighting in the room as my parents like to read.

Everything was great! Clean, quiet, and convenient. It is a 3 star hotel, we were not expecting much and this place was perfect. No complaints. The free breakfast was good; they had staple items like eggs, cereal and milk, yoghurt (little personal ones like basic Yoplait), some fruit, toast, bagels, and a waffle station. Some items changed daily, like bacon, sausages, biscuits, etc.

Check in was great. Was met at the desk by Alexa/Alexis? who was warm & welcoming. Asked how we were doing, how the day was going, etc. Confirmed we were staying for only one night & explained the forms I had to sign. Very pleasant young lady, great customer service. Check out, on the other hand was a grumpy older lady, that didnt say good morning when I said it to her. I told her I was checking out, handed her my room keys which she looked at, then said something I didnt quite hear. I said Im sorry, I didnt hear you: she said 'have a good day'. Couldnt have been more insincere if she had tried! Apart from that, its a great location, really nice & clean, close to a lot of food places. Free parking, swimming pool, gym....what more could you want? I highly recommend this hotel!
