Very inconvenient to have to use your hotel key to go back up, limits getting food delivered because I don't want to go down to meet them, and I don't want to inconvenience those making said deliveries either. Parking wasn't great. Getting in a out wasn't great due to construction in the area. There was always just bags of trash in the hallways regardless of the floor you were on. Lastly, there was fecal matter on the ground next to the elevator on the floor I was on. I'm not even going to go further into that. Just glad I didn't come home with hepatitis.

It did what we needed it to do, but just nothing special. There was no milk for breakfast. We were told to use skim milk because they didn’t have anything else. It just looked like the bare minimum and no one went out of their way. I asked to Hotel representatives a question. One was about the breakfast and the other was about a garbage bag and neither of them knew what I was talking about and couldn’t understand me. Super nice but just frustrating.

There is no soundproofing in this building and they stuck me next to the heavy machinery of the elevator. Worst hotel EVER for sleeping. It should not be allowed to have the Hampton name nor price.
