Decent hotel with excellent staff, good breakfast. Had a dog friendly room that reeked of the previous pet. Didn’t clear up during stay. Hotel bar was closed entire time for “private event” which there were none being held. Good pool. Across street from nice park. No safe in room

The only convenient I had was that I reserved a executive room with a king bed and they didn't have any when I arrived so I had to get a double queen bed stead.

Traveled into the Seattle area with my family and we couldnt be happier with the accommodations especially being last minute. The area has all you need for breakfast and dinner and lots of places like walmart in the area including a eally cool park across the street!

Stayed four days and had to ask each day for clean towels. 3people in a room go through a lot of towels. Room was never serviced and when I asked if the room could be tidied up a bit was told probably not. Not even our garbage was looked after over the four days. Disappointing.

Only stayed for one night but honestly no complaints. The bed was comfortable! My friend’s car died and we needed it jumped and one of the staff helped us out with that so thank you! Also the staff was very kind and smiley. I saw a few reviews about the area not being safe + bed bugs so I was a little nervous but I felt safe the whole time and there was no bugs. :) I will say one thing I wished the hotel room had was a full body mirror lol but great overall!

Pretty good, but improvements could be made

We stayed for three days. 1. There was nothing in the room that gave important information like the fact you have to make a reservation 24 hrs in advance to get the room cleaned. 2. The shower head was so high, I could not reach it to point it into the middle of the shower. I had to put my head against the wall to rinse out the soap. Really bad. 3. The breakfast area closed down 15 minutes early. It closes at 9am, but closed at 8:45. In addition, it would be better if it operated until 10am. At least for us. 4. If rooms aren't being cleaned daily, we could have used a bigger garbage can. Or an extra can. 5. Everyone was very nice. Our issues were dealt with promptly. The room was clean and comfortable. None of the above would keep us from staying again. Well, the shower head.....

They need to replace their heating/cooling systems. This is the second time I've stayed here and the in-room temperature control WAS NOT working! They had to bring an industrial fan to our room because the A/C couldn't be fixed, and it was in the upper 80s!!

This property’s photos must have been taken when it opened. I felt like I had been catfished. The carpeting throughout looked like it belonged in a frat house. It was utterly disgusting. The room’s furniture was stained and sagging. There were fingerprints everywhere. Mold in the bathroom. The bar in the hotel was closed and the hot tub was broken. This was an extremely disappointing stay.

Decent stay

The bed was pretty comfortable, however I wasn't a fan of the pillows. The sliding bathroom door, and slider shower doors, seem to have a mind of their own. Breakfast options were pretty typical, maybe above average for free breakfast. The first morning they let the waffle batter run out.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and it was a great stay. Clean and friendly. It is easy to go to shops and restaurants and the freeway. All pluses in my book. My stay this time seemed less clean or maintenance needs more help. Our bathroom shower needed a good scrub. The faucet was loose and actually moved when turning it on/off. The window seal/track was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The shower curtain was ripped in several places that attach to the rod, and the curtain wouldn't stay close to the wall due to the rod, so the floor would get really wet while showering. Part of the wall was damaged from the water while guest’s shower. We were there for 8 days, 7 nights and our A/C would only work sometimes. With only one person working and 4 or more people waiting, it was hard to let staff know. We were able to catch the front office gal, she offered to move us to another room. I like the service and staff are friendly. BUT for me, the clean part is important. I am not sure we will stay there again.
