The hotel is very nice. Service was sub par in the restaurant. Towel and garbage all over pool area. No towels and only one elevator out of 3 was working causing a long wait to get down from the 16th floor.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt safe and very comfortable. The only issue I had was the remote in the room wasn’t working. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up with batteries but no one ever showed up. I had to get ready really quickly so I couldn’t follow up. When I got back at night the person at the front gave me AAA batteries even though I told him it was AA, but he insisted on the AAA. They weren’t the correct size so I had to sleep with the television on which was frustrating. I called again in the morning and they finally sent someone up within the hour of calling. However, I didn't need the remote anymore as I was checking out.

Check for unwanted wake-up calls!
There was a certain way to get from the hotel garage (shared with Convention Center) to the actual rooms. It involved using 2 elevators which was not explained when I checked in and without a kind maintenance worker, I would have been locked out later in the evening. I was also awoken both mornings I stayed by a 6 am wake-up call I did not order and had no way of knowing it had been arranged, probably by previous guests as a prank. There were also dogs barking in the hall about this time. No map of hotel or the area in room. The bed was very comfortable so I would have liked to sleep later. Bathroom was very nice with great shower and nice amenities.

This was a beautiful property. Comfortable and great location. One of the elevators wasn’t working so that was a little rough. We had a few instances where we didn’t get an answer at the front desk. But at the end of the stay, Sean made a point to ask how things were and listened to the few notes I had. He was very appreciative of the feedback and offered a credit for some of the inconveniences. Sometimes some acknowledgement is all you need and it made my overall impression fantastic. Thank you!
