Located in an area where a lot of things to do with family. I would just hope to be greeted with a more informative front desk. A greeting, such as here’s your keys and things that the hotel may offer dining, parking, internet access etc.

One-night stay before flying out of SeaTac. It is a nice, modern, and spacious hotel conveniently located within walking distance of great restaurants and museums in downtown Tacoma. My room was clean and spacious but lacked a microwave oven - thankfully the front desk was able to have one delivered to my room. In-room wi-fi was good. I also used the fitness room, which is loaded with state-of-the-art equipment. Most importantly, there were no disturbances during the night and I got some much-needed rest! Only complaints were a couple signs of neglect: Trash piled up outside an elevator, and the fitness room hadn’t been cleaned recently - food crumbs on the equipment and the spray bottle for wiping down machines was empty. All this aside, I’d stay here again for the right price.

Nice location! Good view! Nice lobby and 3rd floor open space to sit. However the bathroom door does not lock, neither does it seem private with at least a 1/2 inch crack between the door and the wall. You can see through to the room.
