It was clean and quiet. Secure for the Seattle area. Bed was comfortable.
The parking lot could use more lighting.
The staff was friendly but not engaging, seemed like they didn't really want to be there.
Good stay. Room was nice, but dog in room across from us barked incessantly when owners left. Decent breakfast but ends too early for me (9AM). There is a little coffee kiosk in the lobby 24/7. Chose this place due to expense in Seattle. However, traveling back and forth took lots of time with lots of traffic. Train ran by on our side of building but not noisy if window is closed.
This was our second time at this hotel. Consistently clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and professional. Great value. Feels like a much more expensive place.
Booked Suite for business well in advance. When arrived NO ROOMS available! Put the President of our company in a room that seemed to be an old office converted into maybe a room for employees? Felt more like staying in a bed on a dance floor! Basic, not cozy or welcoming at all. Bed was comfortable, but that was the only positive comment she could muster.
We will no longer have our clients use the location.
