Stayed in building 2. Had everything you need for a modern stay, plenty of outlets for charging, a/c, nice bathroom, blackout curtains and lots of space.

The hotel is right by the train station, very convenient to do grocery shopping, the supermarket is across the street. The room was very clean the balcony with a mountain view.

Great location right near the shuttle to Zermatt. The rooms are small but comfortable, clean and affordable with good wifi. Staff is professional and friendly, and speak English fluently. Paid parking is availalbe for 10CHF/night.

Great location, just few steps away from the Matterhorn Täsch Terminal for trains and buses going to Zermatt. Across the hotel are Coop and Migros for food and grocery shopping very convenient if you need something. Few restaurants and pizza places very close by. Hotel room and bathroom was a good size and clean. No airconditioner. At least this one has a pitcher that you can warm water to drink for tea or coffee. Easy underground parking if you have a car at 10 Swiss Franch, cheaper than other hotels.

Right next to the Matterhorn Terminal. Very clean and convenient. Took 13 mins to get to Zermatt by shuttle train that depart every 20 mins. Would highly recommend this if you are travelling by train with luggage. Also had good view in the balcony and shopping/restaurants across the street. Everything is just nearby within walkable distance. Can’t go wrong.

Receptionist was very helpful in resolving our issue with the room. Part of the hotel has old rooms which are cabin like and part of the hotel is newly built.

Really enjoyed the hotel as it was right next to the train station, and the hotel itself was quaint and super clean. Also enjoyed Barbara who checked us in, she was really friendly and gave great recommendations. Loved our stay there!

A great stay in a beautiful mountain village
The stay at hotel taeschof was great. The cleanliness of the room and the facility is spectacular. The facilities are very well maintained for an older building. We spent two nights and left refreshed after three long days of travel. The staff was efficient and helpful after we had checked out we had to return as my wife had forgotten her watch. The young lady at the desk immediately went to our room and came back with it. We're traveling by train and the hotel is at the edge of the bus and train station property very convenient when dragging luggage. Our room was on the side of the hotel away from the train tracks and there's some noise from the trains leaving and arriving but we adapted to it quickly and did not disturb our rest. Overall a great stay in a beautiful place.

Ideal spot near train station
We stayed for 1 night after arriving in Zermatt on the Glacier Express. It was so easy to find the shuttle train to Tasch and you can see the hotel as you get off the shuttle. Beautiful mountain views all around. Friendly check in, a comfortable room in the chalet with colourful traditional Swiss furniture and we were lucky to have a wonderful mountain view on the balcony. The beds were comfortable amd with the shutters fully closed, the sound if the railway was muffled. It was easy to get to a restaurant nearby or we could have had a table at the hotel. We couldn't just sit in the bar though.
