Very warm check in, we get the key open the door and the air conditioner is running, that feeling really good

Well main very clean and safe

Super lovely hotel, excellent stay and very comfortable beds! You won’t regret staying here. It is so charming. The restaurant had amazing food and fine dining

The property is in dire need of refurbishment. The decor in rooms is very 80’s, but the carpet and bath also had very noticeable stains. The bathroom door also had grumby hand prints all over it. Most of the staff were pleasant, but one of the breakfast staff (an elderly lady) was very rude and made it clear it was the last place she wanted to be. We stayed at the Novotel in Hamilton and that property was a far better experience.

I would recommend to others. Clean kitchen and facilities.
