連假入住 整體給人的感覺很不錯 附近也很方便 有公車站牌也有超市便利商店 房間環境也很乾淨設備很齊全 尤其是床很大 一個雙人床跟單人床併在一起 不過廁所稍微小了一點 但不影響整體品質 會考慮再次入住👍

Family trip
We were on a family trip to Tainan and spent a night at Taichung. We found this hotel at Hotels.com which look OK with reasonable price. The room is clean but smaller than we expected. The parking place is away from hotel and we have to off load the luggage before moving to parking lots. Its location is a little away from downtown and night market which seems inconvenient as it has no bus route passing by. We took us 20 minutes to walk to the nearby nigh market as it’s extremely difficult to find parking places over there. The breakfast is OK but not up to our expectations. Overall, it’s an OK hotel but we would a nicer one near the downtown next time.

We came as a family of five. Muslim friendly hotel. Room has qibla direction, toilet has bidet spray. Prayer mats were provided during our stay. Lift was very speedy. Room was clean and comfortable. Good quality toiletries provided. Although Muslim friendly, not too sure if the chicken served in their breakfast dishes was from halal source so we skiped that and had toast with butter and jam. The kitchen staff was kind enough to provide us with hard boiled eggs. Overall a pleasant experience.

Great stay as the hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. downside is that the surrounding area was mostly KTV / night club which wasn't suitable for children to go out alone at nights.

Hotel room was perfect and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice and the products provided were of top quality. We had a car and they offer free parking which is great.

Fresh Rubbish Beneath the Sink
We arrived at 1:10pm and were told that the hotel has a check in policy at 3pm, which is fine. We were directed to 一中街 for lunch. When we returned at 4:45pm, we happily checked into our room. But to our horror, there was a bag of rubbish swept under the sink and there were strains of hair all around the toilet. We reported the incident to the front desk and they immediately send the housekeeping staff to remove the rubbish and sweep the floor again. They even offered a token of apology when we check out the next day which I refused to accept. Else, the staff are reasonably friendly and the room is a little unique with those drawing son the wall. The other reason that I rated Comfort as less than satisfactory is because the housekeeping has their "HQ" on the 3rd floor where our room was located. Imagine you have to fight your way into the lift in the morning with the housekeeping carts. We literally have to squeeze our way through to the lift.
