Great value, highly recommend. However, There happened to be a typhoon on the day I arrived. I arrived at 2:30 pm, but the front desk said that the room could not be entered until three o'clock. In America, if the room is ready, it will be allowed to enter. I hope it can be more flexible.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The service was horrible and every staff member we encountered was rude and unhelpful. We asked for a knife to cut up fruit for our baby and we were told it was against the law in Taiwan to lend us a knife. We got a peeler to use, which we said we would return when we were done with it. Our whole family was startled awake at 11:30 pm by a staff member banging on our door and demanding the peeler back, saying they needed it for the morning. This wasn’t the only terrible experience we had at this hotel but it was one that stood out. We complained to the manager who could not have cared less. They have busloads of local tourists that stay at this hotel (filling the public areas with smoke and noise at all hours) so the hotel does not care about individual guests. The rooms and common areas are dirty and dingy, the hallway carpets covered with stains and there was black mold all over the bathrooms in our rooms. It’s truly a disgusting hotel.

I don’t recommend this property. The property is a motel, not a hotel. The room is not that clean. The internet was not working until we reported it to the lobby. Also there are not many varieties for breakfast.
