The location is fantastic. Very convenient for food and transit. I really enjoyed the walk around the neighborhood - found a self-service laundromat doing my own laundry. The short walk to the subway led me a few trips to different area s of the city. Not far from Taipei 101 and other tourist attractions. Definitely a good hotel to stay and play.

We had a very comfortable stay at arTree hotel. Although slightly out of the centre of Taipei, it is a short walk to the MRT station and has a fantastic choice of casual eating options, as well as a small market nearby. The room was spotless, large, well equipped and even had complimentary drinks and snacks. Staff were very friendly and are around at all hours, so we were able to check out in the early hours for a morning flight. Would highly recommend.

Probably one of the coolest hotels which is like the "inside of a tree" that's pat of a giant rainforest, and each room is designed so uniquely that you're living in one of the branches - pretty freakin' cool. Would stay again especially since it's in the middle of downtown a decent walk or short drive away to Taipei 101 or Raohe street market.
