The pool on the 32nd floor has a nice view of the city. Only thing that I would change about the pool is to have extended hours. It closes at 9pm already which feels a bit too early.

This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — they were incredibly friendly and truly went out of their way to help in any way they could. Our room was spotless and spacious, with an absolutely stunning view of the city and the mountains in the background. Waking up to that view every morning was such a treat. The food at the hotel was excellent — everything we tried was fresh and delicious. And I can’t forget to mention the rooftop pool! What an incredible spot to relax and take in the scenery. The location couldn’t have been better — you’re right next to public transportation, the bullet train, and surrounded by endless restaurant options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!

Zero customer service.

Hotel is new, modern and very clean. The room we had was quite spacious (executive suite) and relatively quiet. The bed was pretty comfortable. The major setback of this hotel is the staff. They act like the guests are a nuisance and an inconvenience to them. Unable to check in until exactly 14:30, which is ok, but seems weird if the rooms ready to go. They were reluctant to answer any questions regarding the booking, and all they could say was “come back at 14:30”. When it came time to check in, there were no instructions on anything. Simply given a QR code to scan. Absolutely no politeness at all. I firmly believe that Caesar park banqiao is a 4 star at best that identifies as a 5 star. Will I be staying here again…definitely not.

Room was great. Lifeguard/attendants were very judgmental when you asked for extra towels. Suites have access to an executive lounge which is nice, but there is no ice. And no access to coffee in early hours, the lobby cafe is not open until 7am.
