Excellent. Would stay here again.
The room is large and simply but nicely decorated. Nice plush robes and slippers to use. Shower and a large tub (that you can sit in and watch tv at the same time!). 24 hour snacks, coffees, waters AND chocolate soft serve icecream - got weak in the knees when we found this out! Overlooks a school, but is been surprisingly quiet considering we are in the ❤️ of Taipei.

Homely stay
It's always a great time staying at Chez Nous in Taipei. The hotel is cozy but very well furnished and looked after. The staff always greet you with a warm smile and are eager to provide assistance whenver needed. The only issue this time was the bathroom sliding doors seem to need a repair as they actually would not close entirely. As always, I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

Staff are very friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. Close to many places I visited. Due to my flight was delayed, the hotel let me check out a few hours late for a very reasonable fee. It helped lot!!!

I had a great stay at chez nous. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast food was awesome. I also arrived during a typhoon when everything was closed but they had complimentary Taiwanese porridge available in their restaurant which saved the day! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Chez Nous in Taipei again, and as always, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This hotel has become my go-to choice whenever I visit the city. The warm hospitality and excellent service make my stays there very enjoyable.

Overall it was a good experience but the room walls are thin, I heard everything by the elevator. Also the towel were very scratchy and outdated. But everyone was so nice and it was very safe.

The staff provided excellent service as usual, especially Hiko & Ivy. Although I was able to receive a room upgrade from my VIP member tier, I couldn't help but notice that the room required some maintenance. The rain shower had a leak, the paint was starting to diminish, and the blinds were not fully adjustable. Overall, the upgraded room did not quite meet the standard I would expect from my original room type which I’ve stayed multiple times. I appreciate the gesture of the room upgrade, but hope these maintenance issues can be addressed for a more seamless guest experience in the future.

The room is spacious .The bathroom is great especially I like the rain shower head. I enjoyed it very much.. The bedding is soft and comfortable.. Breakfast is great. Clean and Comfortable Stay
After reading the good reviews about its space and balcony, we booked a 25m room for more space. However our room looks like a standard hotel room and we did not get a balcony. It would be helpful to put into the hotel booking description which are the rooms that has a balcony. We had to rearranged the room to accommodate our 2 large luggage bags to be easily accessible and yet out of the way for a walking area. After that was sorted out we did enjoyed our stay here. Housekeeping was great. The room floorboard was clean. The huge king bed was comfortable and clean. It is bigger than a standard king sized bed. The bedding were top-notch. The toilet and towels were clean. The toilet seat was heated and fitted with electronic bidet’s selections. Drinks were provided free in the room. And a fantastic 24 hours free coffee, sparkling water, and snacks station is available at the lobby. Love their good coffees and sparkling water!! The breakfast was good and sufficient. The chefs cooked a different variety every day. The atmosphere was cozy, clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located. The Da’an metro station was only a 5-minutes walk away, passing the high school field. Taxis were easily available too. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was a good stay.
