The location is excellent as it is convenient to the metro and walking distance to many of the sights. Shopping and many eateries and restaurants are close by. The checkin time was VERY strict. They would not let us access the room until exactly 3 pm. There is no lobby to wait, just some small seating on the second floor.

Clean and cheap, but dark

Room was clean and fairly priced. The pictures of the room show a view that doesn’t exist though. My room was staring right at air conditioners and the neighboring building. No sunlight at all, a little depressing.

Very nice to have a washer and dryer available for free. The dryer did take a long time to work though. Appreciate the complimentary coffee machine and instant noodles at night. The hotel was very clean. My main concern is the small room size. My wife and I had to stack our checked luggage to fit it all. Also, our room only has 2 power outlets besides the ones in the bathroom. Made it difficult to charge everything. Pleasant staff who were able to help with directions

Renovated room was very clean and nice but the only downside was the small size. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Very convenient to transportation especially to the airport MRT.

Loved that it was so close to the metro and a nice park. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and able to speak English well. There wasn't really a long for gathering with our traveling companions but the hotel was otherwise very nice.

A great stay

This hotel was perfect for my needs. It was centrally located, easy access to buses and trains, near many, many food options and shopping, and has a very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a small refrigerator, AC, a kettle, cups, clean linens, shampoo, body and hand wash, and offerings of water, tea, coffee, and snacks. Also, there is an airport shuttle that you must arrange, they offer free cup noodles from 10pm-6am, have courtesy umbrellas, and the front desk is open 24 hours, so late check-in is available. The last really convenient things is they will store your luggage. The only two negative things I would say is- there are not enough electrical outlets in the rooms, and the walls are thin so I could hear people's conversations if they were a little too loud and a baby crying.

I don't usually bother to leave a review, but I have to say that this budget hotel far exceeded my expectations, with clean, functional rooms and truly exceptional service--the hotel being well staffed and the staff being friendly and attentive at all times.

Very close to Taipei main station, National Museum, Mitsukoki Department store, and other great tourist destinations. Although the room was pretty small, it had everythiing we needed, and there was a free to use laundry machine, coffee, and tea just outside our bedroom. Staff were very friendly, and it was not a problem for them to hang onto our bags all day when we checked out.
