Another great CityInn hotel. Great location just minutes walking from Taipei Main Station, and a short walk to Ximending. Staff are friendly and helpful. The refreshment area on the 2nd floor is a nice touch, with free coffee, tea, cold/warm/hot water, and a machine dispensing both sweet lemon tea and milk tea, I think (?). There's also a microwave. Our room was small, as expected, but workable for two with checked luggage. We would definitely stay in CityInn hotels during future visits to Taipei.

CityInn Hotel - Taipei Station Branch I, The hotel management , Front desk receptionist and house keeping team was great. Thank you to the front desk staff especially Candy L and all the professional front desk staffs. This hotel is super convenient, you can take the MRT(purple line) from the airport to Taipei Main Station and then walk through Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Station Store. recommend exiting through Z4 (elevator)with your luggage. The hotel is very new and you can get to anywhere as there is a bus stop around the corner.(to shen keng old street or taipei zoo ,Opposite of the hotel there is also cheap Fried buns that are delicious as well. MT

Amazing little hotel steps away from Taipei Main station. The staff are super friendly and polite. They are doing their best to accommodate their guests with so many value added service. The hotel is super new and clean. Super comfy mattress and bedding. Nice hot shower. Loved the bidet. Well definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taipei. Highly recommended!

Pros: 1. Location is in-between Taipei Station and Ximending, which makes it convenient to travel to other places and to look for food and shopping. 2. Provides free drink 24/7 and instant noodles after 10 PM, which is great for those on a budget or too lazy to go out and get supper. There is also a microwave oven to heat up food. 3. Has two washing machines and dryers for use free of charge. 4. Has all the essential amenities such as toiletries, safe, small fridge. 5. Polite staff with great standard of service Cons: 1. The room is very small and opening a large-sized luggage will leave you with little space to walk. 2. Mattress is a bit on the harder side and the pillow is a bit too soft. 3. Lift is small and slow, so if it will take some time if there are many people needing to take the lift.

The hotel is at very convenient location of Taipei Railway Station. Multiple MRT (subway) lines go through the location and can take you to all interesting places. Plenty of convenient store and food nearby. Hotel itself is clean and very well managed. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. The room is at the small side, but it's functioning perfectly. there is a kitchen with free coffee/milk tea and hot/cold water machine in the hallway and hotel give free instant noodle as well.

i was greeted with a warm welcome upon checking in. located near the taipei main station thru Z6 exit, restaurants and cafe nearby. My room was very clean and spacious but please be aware that the walls were very thin.

So, this place is extremely convenient to Taipei Main Station. Use exit 3 not 1 as recommended by Google maps. That said, the standard queen bed room is tiny. Not Hong Kong tiny, but barely a bed and desk tiny. Immaculately clean, and the laundry facilities were a blessing. A convenience store next door and some yummy jiaozi ( dumplings) almost around the corner. A great place to overnight in Taipei, would definitely utilize again.
