Generally clean but room is very small. The espresso maker makes great coffee but no option for plant milk. Provides ramen after 10pm.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room came with complimentary snacks and water. Not a lot of space in the room to arrange luggages however was manageable. The only inconvenience is the poor and inconsistent Internet/wifi connection. Disconnects at times and requires monitoring so you don’t end up using your own data.

The sound insulation between the rooms and the corridor is poor - many of the rooms are directly opposite the lifts and you can see daylight under the doors so the sound travels straight into the rooms.

Had a rush book for this property because of the typhoon, and my goodness what a gem I found! Incredible hotel with amazing staff, facilities, and great location. They provide taiwanese souvenir ordering, free snacks, and really good service overall

Great staff. They were professional, helpful, and friendly. They acknowledge your presence. Housekeepers cleaned up my room very well. Around the afternoon when I requested at the lobby if I could get my room cleaned, the staff was willing to get the request out immediately to the housekeeper on my floor. Room is spacious.
