Staff is helpful and attentive. Room was comfortable (a little cold but that’s nice after a day in the heat). The cleaning staff is very friendly and their attention to detail in cleaning is the best I’ve encountered in any hotel. Bed linens are crisp and fresh smelling and the shower is luxurious. Laundry machines are a very useful amenity. The hot full service breakfast is delicious and the coffee is perfect!

I was absolutely impressed by all the staff we encountered. They were extremely helpful each time we had a question. The young men at the front desk provided phenomenal service. Each time we asked a taxi, they immediately assisted and a taxi driver would be there within 5 minutes. We took a taxi five times and each experience was great. From the hotel to TPE, for our family of four and 7 pieces of luggage, it was $1,400 NTD. The room was clean and did not have any odors. The shower and bath combo was clean. The only thing I would suggest is for them to clean the grout between the tiles in the shower. A ten minute walk led us to many restaurants and shops.

Beautifully sophisticated and modern facility with excellent breakfast, service, and transportation to airport. Nice bed & bathroom but the Smart TV wouldn’t let me log into myYouTube account. the room felt pretty cold probably because of the tiles even with the AC off but they were very responsive about my request for an extra blanket. Well done u guys!! Would definitely love to come back!!!

A clean and good value hotel
Love the room, amenities and breakfast provided. The hotel is not easily accessible by mrt but it has a lot of plus points. It is located in a prime area with a lovely neighbourhood.

conveniently located to family we were visiting, good value for the price, clean, quiet, peaceful setting, friendly, kind, helpful staff, excellent cleaning and upkeep of the rooms and property and dining area. Breakfast was plentiful, well stocked. Salad could use more vegetables, but was dominated by lettuce. Some more variety for western pallets for the breakfast would also be appreciated.
