Staff was available 24/7 and very helpful and friendly throughout my entire stay. Extra amenities including free beverage, instant noodles and snacks were a bonus. On site laundry facility and clothes steamer were extremely useful. Location is great, easy access to trains and walkable to Ximending.

If you like sleeping on a cement block then this place is for you! After flying for 24 hours, I arrived at this hotel and was beyond exhausted. I laid on the bed and it was as hard as a rock. The bed gave me back pain in 10 minutes and was beyond uncomfortable. There was a beeping noise with a red flashing light as well in my room. I left the hotel within an hour and was refused a refund. I wasted $800 but it was worth it. Go down the street and stay at Hotel 5 Relax!!! Amazing staff there and comfortable beds as well it is close to everything. Do not stay here.

I love this Hotel. It’s convenient and close to everything. Less than 10 mins away from Ximen station. My family enjoyed the free snacks and hotels provided by the hotel. Staff are friendly. They helped us arranged a transfer to the airport.

Strategic location from Taipei station and cozy
It's the cleanest room I ever stayed in Taipei. Cozy and they even providing free water dispenser, as well as snacks (including instant cup noodle!!!) Service is good and the staff can speak English. Location wise is very near to 228 peace garden , as well as a train station. You can even walk to NingXia night market if you enjoy walking. We walk for about 25 min to the market

The staff at Finders were amazing! We started our trip with a lost wallet at the airport and the staff helped us call the airport when we had trouble with the phone in our room, and they were always available to give us a hand with anything we needed. The daily snack rotation was awesome and laundry access was a lifesaver.

Perfect location and best choice
So well located and convenient, 3 blocks from Taoyuan MRT station entrance, to and from the airport is less than 65 minutes. Room is well-maintained, clean, comfortable with unlimited snacks, noodles and teas,drinks. Good sized bathroom and quiet rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby and MRT stations so near. What a perfect location and stay overall. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Lobby is huge and lots of space for meetings and conf calls. Will definitely be back.
