The hotel is located on several floors in a high rise building.. check-in desk is 13 - my room was on 2… I was a lot closer to traffic and pedestrian noise than previous stays when my room was higher up in the building.. that said - all the systems worked, the bathroom had been updated and the bed was very comfortable.

This property is located on several floors of a high rise building. The breakfast is good with a variety of food to satisfy your appetite. The upper floors are quiet, but the lower floors are more likely to be affected by the traffic outside. Great location and convenient to all manner of transportation..

Good location. However, the hotel is kind of old. Third floor where I stayed, the carpet is in bad shape with wrinkles and water stains. Breakfast is not very good, lack of variations for me that stayed for two weeks. The dining room service is good though. Only 2 elevators that are not linked, so I have to press two buttons everytime.

won't stay there again
the check in is chaotic, the check-in lobby is so tiny and they really check in everyone at 3pm sharp. the room have no space to put cloths away, it doesn't provide any shower gel or body lotion. the mattress is really hard and the breakfast is bad, most items are tasteless, but the view from the room is good since we are on 11floor, and that is the only things I enjoy staying there .

Points positifs : • Excellente localisation en centre-ville, permettant un accès facile aux commodités locales. • Proximité des commerces et services, pratique pour les séjours courts et longs. Points négatifs : • Ascenseurs insuffisants : Seulement deux ascenseurs indépendants pour 13 étages, entraînant souvent des attentes prolongées, surtout aux heures de pointe. • Manque de propreté et d’organisation : Chariots de services et équipements de construction laissés dans les couloirs, créant une impression de désordre et d’inconfort. • Nuisances lumineuses : Les LED des équipements multimédia sont trop lumineuses et clignotent, gênant le sommeil. • État général des infrastructures : Moquette de la chambre vieillissante et ondulée dans les couloirs, ce qui nuit à l’esthétique et à la sécurité. • Petit-déjeuner décevant : Choix limité et qualité médiocre, avec un jus de fruits très dilué, sans goût. Conclusion : Bien que l’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement stratégique, plusieurs aspects pratiques et esthétiques nécessitent des améliorations pour répondre aux attentes des clients en matière de confort et de qualité de service.

Staff during Check in is quite rude and impatient, keep emphasizing full house occupancy sound like try to adjust the reason for impatience, poor WiFi access all the time and also saying full house occupancy and said “Wi-Fi is free” meaning free Wi-Fi already so don’t complain, very bad attitude during phone conversation, won’t stay here in future visit.
