Lovely stay! The room and amenities are exactly as shown online. The receptionist Ariel was very helpful. Our room was cleaned daily as per our request. We were excited to see a TV in our room and bathroom but unfortunately, they weren’t working at the time. We hope that’ll be sorted out when we return on the 9th of July. Good experience otherwise!

Great, Convenient Location to Taipei Main Station

The hotel is conveniently located. It is so close to Taipei Main Station - to catch MRT, airport link, high speed rails etc. it is also close to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi shopping centre, Ximending night market, National Taiwan Museum … Hotel’s check in and check out process is very easy. Can self service using the machine, or if require assistance by the staff, there is always someone there. Hotel is clean. Room is reasonably big. The bed is huge. Towels are changed daily.

Very efficient check-in and check-out. Variety of breakfast and friendly staff. I was assigned to a room with no windows and the room temp was set to 23 centigrades automatically. But overall, the stay was quite comfy.

I paid extra for the window room, but the room we stayed had very strong 油煙味which cause us not being able to sleep. I am glad I only stay there for one night, the staff were very nice and helpful though. And the location was pretty convenient.

The design of the hotel is not user friendly. There is stairs at the entry, which is a hurdle for luggage. The power sockets are insufficient and not working properly. One was even installed in the middle of the bed. The bath tub is difficult to get in and out, and dangerous if you are wet.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk from Taipei Main Station, making it easy to get around the city and getting to the airport. However, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. Breakfast is served on the B1 level, and you have to walk down stairs to reach it. All food was pre-plated and left out without any way to keep it warm — when we arrived at 7 AM, everything was already cold. The room was acceptable but noticeably older than what was advertised, and the bathroom had visible mold. Despite booking through the VIP Access program, the only benefit offered was a soft drink each, which felt underwhelming. Also, we were only given one breakfast voucher for our two-night stay and had to ask for the second one. Laundry facilities were technically available, but the laundry room is inside the restaurant, which was closed most of the time, making it effectively unusable. Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel experience itself felt more like a 3-star property and didn’t live up to expectations.

We found the property to be as advertised. The king room we shared was not quite as big as it looked but was serviceable. sheets could have been changed a little more often. We stayed there 20 days and we believe the sheets were only changed 3 times.
