Staff service is top notch. I was feeling unwell and had to go to the hospital, and staff checked on me multiple times after that. They were also able to deliver ice at any timing that I called to request as well. Location is good, right beside a train station.

Very convenient location right next to metro station. Also bus options around. The famous Simple Kaffe and Hua Sha Market are within 5-10 mins walk. Efficient check-in/check-out. Friendly and polite hotel staff. The room is clean and spacious. Bathroom facilities like water tape are slightly worn out.

Great location with Shandao Temple MRT stop exit 6 right across the street. On a busy road but rooms were very well soundproofed! Included breakfast was great with both eastern and western food options. Only heads up for others is that if you are used to softer western style beds, the bed will feel quite firm which is typical in Taiwan.
