Clean, convenient, near Taipei Main Station many eateries. Lovely lounge area, free coffee machine. Booked family room with 2 double beds, comes with a nice dining table. No space to hang clothes.

A bit noisy but convenient for all sightseeing and transportation needs as it is right by the Taipei Main Station. Very helpful staff, great room and hotel amenities like paid laundry on site, water, coffee and tea dispenser.

Very convenient, 10 minutes walk to Taipei Main Station. Room is spacious and tidy with large bed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But the ventilation fan is quite noisy and the TV is not working.

Finding Relax II can be a bit tricky since it’s directly across from Relax III and shares a building with the restaurant Tutto Fresco, and you can access by taking the elevator to the second floor. Upon arrival, guests receive a free beer voucher to the Tutto Fresco, although I’m unsure about the details of the partnership. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Taipei Main Station, and the staff is polite, but with limited English. We stayed just one night before heading to the airport after visiting other parts of the country, which was sufficient; I wouldn’t recommend it for an entire vacation. Our room was clean but showed rust stains in the bathroom tiles, particularly in the shower area. The toilet basin cover also had some rust, and the shower pressure was quite strong, sometimes reaching the sink area. Although we received an upgraded room with an extra bed, the air conditioning didn’t work well at higher temperatures, and we struggled to adjust it. You’ll have a deposit hold on your card upon check-in. While the room included toiletries and a coffee maker, the overall layout felt cramped and resembled that of an airplane restroom, making it difficult to store makeup essentials. The bathroom requires navigating a step, and while the customer service was commendable, the hotel’s layout was quite unconventional.

The hotel is clean. Friendly staffs. Secure entry, must use room key to operate elevator. It offers 24 hours water dispenser, laundry machines, and coffee machine. This hotel does smells fresh. I've extended my days to stay at his hotel. Totally love it. The only thing that can improve is to have more space to hanging cloths. I do recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice location
The hotel is well located, about 10 minutes walking from Taipei Station which is a transportation hub. Room is clean and staff is friendly. I just wish there is more storage room to put in changing clothes. But overall, it was very nice stay, will come again if in the area

The property is within walking distance from the Taipei Main Station. There are many shops and restaurants. The room was very spacious and quiet with a small dining area. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the onsite laundry service with washer and drier. Transportation and dining options were available upon request. All the staff members were kind and helpful.
