This is my first time staying there and I will stay there when I come back to Taipei. The bed is so big and comfortable and hotel is very clean. The stuffs are very helpful and polite. Close to subway station. They also provide free laundry . Hands up

Wonderful hotel in the middle of Taipei. Just one MRT stop or a quick walk from Taipei Main Station. This hotel was perfect for our trip. The rooms were spacious and clean. The building was recently built so everything feels new and modern. The view from the room was spectacular. It was lovely seeing sunrise and sunset from our room. It’s located a few feet from the MRT station so you can reach most of the city very quickly. It’s walking distance from Liberty Square. If you’re up for it, you can walk the Ximen District. We got the breakfast option which provided by Starbucks in the building. It’s a point system. You’re given a set amount of points that you can use during the duration of your stay. It might not be for everyone, but we enjoyed being able to get coffee and food at Starbucks before it opens to the public. Highly recommend staying here.

We will be back!
We stayed for four nights in October, and it happened to be during a typhoon, forcing the government to shut down schools and many businesses. That and the bad weather forced us to stay in the hotel for more time than we wanted. So it was even better that our room was new, clean, and well appointed. We loved the shower and bath, air conditioning, comfortable king bed, and window seat. The free laundry and gym facilities are a great plus. The lobby is beautiful, and a great place to hang out. It's well decorated and comfortable to relax in. The hotel itself is across the street from exit 4 of the Shandao Temple train stop, and more importantly around the block from Fu Hang Soy Milk! Most of all, the staff was outstanding. They put up with every question we had, gave us plenty of water and umbrellas, called businesses for us to see if they were open, and were just really nice people. We just can't say enough good things about them! One shortcoming is that there is no restaurant, and thus, no room service. There is a connecting door to the Starbucks attached to the building. Hotel guests get a 10% discount.

Great value and convenience. Beautiful lobby.
Really nice stay and clean spacious room. Hotel staff in particular the front desk ladies were extremely helpful and had a very positive upbeat and friendly attitude. The hotel is situated within steps to the metro blue Temple line and there is a McDonalds across the street. Breakfast is provided via a partnership / voucher system with a Starbucks located in the same building and offers great value. Other amenities such as free laundry facilities really helped out with the stay. Hotel was also friendly to the different outlet for A/C conversion plus a clock with wireless phone charging in the room which was really convenient. Room included blackout curtains for great night sleep and offered a standard city view however no patio or balcony in the room I had. Each day the mini fridge was stacked with complimentary travel size apple juice and oolong tea.

Not only was the hotel luxurious, but the staff was also superb. I had an issue at a nearby convenience store with an ATM that ate my card late one night, and I was quite worried being in a foreign country without my access to finances. I went to them simply to ask for the location of a local bank I could visit the next morning to get access to my card, but the staff there went above and beyond to go over the convenience store, call up banks, get assistance, and track down anyone and any entity I needed in order to be okay. I want to thank Emily and everyone else who were so helpful and considerate, all of whom made it so I didn’t have to stress during my stay there. Also, the cleaning staff, including Gigi, were so sweet, efficient, and hard-working. The hotel was honestly the best part of my stay in Taiwan, so thank you all! If I ever visit again, I am certainly staying here as it was safe, the service was amazing, and the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable.

Amazing Stay
Our 6 nights at Hotel Resonance were fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again. I was a little reluctant to pull the trigger on booking this hotel because of the room size. It was quite small, and we were staying for an extended amount of time. But that small issue was more than made up for in the hotel and room quality. Sleep is not always easy for our party, so we prioritize places with good sleep conditions, and this hotel is excellent. The room gets dark (I did not need my sleep mask ever), it gets cold (thermostat goes down to 16 C), and even though we were very near to the elevators, the hotel is super quiet. The bedding is firm, but not too firm, and the duvet is very cozy. Other things we loved: - Filtered water in the 24 hour gym on the third floor. Gym has two yoga mats and some yoga blocks - yay! - Toiletries/amenities were good quality and plentiful - you don't need to bring anything except your deodorant and razor - Location is PERFECT for walkers, and very convenient (one stop to Taipei Main Station and three to any transfer you might need) for transit. MRT stop is ten steps out the back door - Snacks and drinks in The Capsule on the first floor - Free laundry, wash and dry complete in less than an hour and a half, on the third floor - Umbrellas at the front desk - Good wifi (though we did have to manually reconnect often) Basically, if you're thinking about staying here, just stay here.
