Perfect hotel stay- hotel had everything we needed, nothing more nothing less. Chieh was very welcoming and helpful, she made sure to tell us about things to do in the area before we even had a chance to ask. Will be back for sure

This place has really gone downhill facilities-wise since staying here ~5 years ago. It is grimy through and through. Towels and threadbare, and they don't refill toilet paper. I think this has to do with a lack of staff and probably COVID, rather than staff not doing a good job. All the staff that I interacted with were great, including the maid service. But there seems to simply not be enough employees working there to keep it up. On the plus side, the breakfast is good (they got a new coffee machine that is solid, when the past it used to be an instant coffee deal) and the location is incredibly convenient. Pros and cons. But I won't be staying here again in the future.

This hotel need some renovation. Carpets was dirty. The bathroom is dirty as well, the shower head can not stay up, after shower water all over the bathroom. Not recommended.

Our first day we opted out of getting our room cleaned. The second day we requested a room cleaning in the afternoon. We did not return to our room till past midnight and we were shocked to smell cigarette smoke in our room. It was strong and did not dissipate. We checked a comparison with the hallway and there was no smoke scent outside our room. My partner had allergies throughout the night which he hadn’t the past 2 nights. We shared this with the front desk the next morning and the staff member laughed and apologized. On another note the rest of the hotel was clean and the breakfast options were plentiful.

Clean and quiet-No restaurant
The room is clean and quiet but I prefer the view on the other side of the hotel. The restaurant is not open even though the website says that there is a restaurant. Decent breakfast locations are .5km away.

Pros- big space with good sized bed and nice bathroom with bathtub so good value for money if you want somewhere reasonably away from TW crowd. Cons - 6-10mins walk from any shopping street or subway or anything of significance. Night duty staff super unfriendly to guests but somehow can smile only for own colleagues

Disappointing
Very unappetizing and miserly breakfast buffet spread. Room was old with paint peeled walls and bathtub was a bit rusty. Gym and laundry room had a mustiness about it. Bed was quite comfortable though. 5 min walk to train station. Will not book this hotel for future trip.

The hotel is not too far from the metro. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed the food from the restaurant. We stayed there for a week and the washer and dryer made our stay much convenient. The whole hotel looked very clean.

everything was ok only thing about hotel was restaurant, only 1 restaurant that opens only on specific hours, so its impossible to get a snack or meal on odd hours (ie after 2pm, or for midnight snacks)
