I love the location and the service of this property. They both are second to none! The only drawback is they don't have in-house laundry facilities and gym.

Excellent hotel location.
Excellent location, very good service from front office staffs and employees in the breakfast location. Breakfast selections also very good. Improvement opportunities in the bathroom though. Small matters but can make a big difference. 1. No handle in the bath tub, can be dangerous for old people 2. Water flow is not consistent between hot and cold. Can be surprisingly hotter then cold again 3. Poor Maintenance of the faucet in the wash basin. It is not working well and will leak water, cannot be easily be closed. 4. Bath tub drain stopper not working well and water is not draining fast enough. Dangerous to get out from the tub for old ppl with no handle and water pool in the tub. 5. Low battery in safe deposit box - again, simple maintenance but overlooked. 6. Bathroom amenities in disposable plastic containers - not so green after all, not to mentioned 4 disposable plastic water bottle for the guests daily. The property can improve their hotel maintenance and approach to sustainability.

The hotel is in an area that I used to live in when growing up. It’s quiet and safe with easy access to the shopping and dining district. The place has since felt its age and now a little run down but still reasonably priced considering the location and proximity to transport and things.

This is the first time in my life that I feel compelled to leave negative feedback after traveling to multiple countries. On the first day of my arrival, while I was in the midst of changing my clothes, a hotel staff member entered my room using a master key without knocking. I was utterly shocked. The staff member left immediately, but no apology was offered until I called the reception about 30 minutes later. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone showed no sympathy, making me question whether I was speaking to an answering machine rather than a real person. I stayed for one night and subsequently canceled all my remaining reservations, as I could not imagine staying at a property that treats its guests in this manner. People make mistakes, and I understand that. However, the lack of effort to remedy the situation has ensured that I will never use this property again. In conclusion, if nothing goes wrong, this might be a place with a reasonable price tag. Otherwise, you are entirely on your own.
