The service at this property is excellent. The front desk is always helpful. Special to Fred at the front desk solving problem for me and give good suggestion during the city shut down during typhoon days. Only one little suggestion to the afternoon drinks and finger food at the bar area. I wish they will change the food selections. I was there a few day and they serve the same food everyday. The food is good but it will be nice to have different menu. Overall, I love this hotel.

Great hotel in perfect location in Taipei. Happy hour was really nice with good food and drink options free of charge. We loved breakfast options and how quiet the room is. You don’t hear your neighbors. Perfect stay

Wonderful hotel!
What a lovely hotel, the room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom is comfortable, the shower and tub huge! Lovely amenities. I did not utilize the gym, but saw people using it every day, with very updated equipment. The service is what’s best - every staff member is attentive, polite, kind and professional. Wonderful hotel.
