Lovely clean Japanese hotel with great location
Clean and nice hotel. Love the Japanese themed breakfast spread but would prefer more variations on different days. Location was excellent with a bus stop and MRT station just outside the hotel. There are shops and eateries within walking distance from the hotel.

お風呂に入る時に宿泊者だけでも1時間早く入れるとノンビリする時間が出来て嬉しいです。日本人の女性たちの入浴中のおしゃべりも何名もいて非常にうるさく不快です。風呂に入るマナ〜等も日本人なら心得るべきと感じますね。

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was near everything: public buses, subways, restaurants, walking distance to stores… The rooms where we stayed were nice sizes. They were beautiful as in the online pictures but we had to leave our opened suitcases on the floor because there were no areas for them and closet space tight. Aesthetically the rooms were beautiful but not detail-designed with guests in mind. It would also help if there was a drying rack to put our wet bathing suits after using the public bath. The bathrooms didn’t have curtains rods or shower doors that are usually used to dry out clothes. Beautiful hotel!

This hotel is very next to the subway station with two lines. We also went to public bath a few times and really enjoy the tidy environment. Cross the street there is Donj Japanese supermarket which is a bonus.

A nice stay in Taipei
It is a nice place to stay in a very convenient location with the metro station right next to the hotel, yet it is not crowded and busy. The hotel is quite new and well maintained. The public bath area is nice except it can get busy during time after dinner.

Hotel is closed to subway And bus stop just a walk away and easy to find. Breakfast has lots of varieties. A lot of staff on site to help out. It also has onsen which is very good after a days walk. Quiet and even though it is in the Main Street.

We were allowed to check in earlier. Not much scenes from outside. Very quiet. Tab card is used to reach your floor. Breakfast has lots of varieties. Bus stop and subway station is less than 1 minute walk. Travelers can take blue or orange subway line to Zhongxiao station. Area is very safe and walk at night time is not an issue. There are lots of small restaurants around within 10 to 15 mins walk. Very convenient to everywhere. Hotel has an onset and food to relax after a days walk. Service is excellent. The hotel staff can speak English and very helpful.

Right next to Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT station (exit 3). The MRT exit has a lift and escalators. There are also several bus stops around the hotel that allows you to catch buses to some key attractions. Room was comfortable and clean. Depending on the allocated room, there is a big glass window with a nice view of the main street, especially if the room is on the higher floors. However, the design of the bathroom makes it challenging for others to come into the room or leave the room when someone is in the shower as it is just see through glass panels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food options are not as many as some other areas in Taipei but there are some good options within 5 - 15 mins walk from the hotel.

Cozy and top service hotel in Taipei.
Hotel is fantastic. Service wonderful. Area manager at night superb. Helped me when i was having asthma attack. Had to cut short my stay in hotel and they permitted me. Such kind hearted staff. Kudos to manager night duty the lady with a big heart. Everyone so attentive
