This is one of the cleanest hotel I ever stayed. The pool is smaller than expected but they have split a lane for lap swimming. Greatly appreciated for it. My rate covered the complimentary breakfast and mini-bar. Good foods beyond standard. Highly recommended. I will visit Miramar Garden Taipei again!

I was travel by myself with a rental car. When I tried to check-in, I parked my rental car on the drive way and made sure there was enough room for other car to move around. I unloaded my luggages with no one helped me, not even the porter. During my check-in, the porter came to the counter and told me that I have to move my car right the way as someone else behind me trying to park. Am I not also a customer? How could the porter offered help to the customer behind me and wanted me to leave all my luggage unattended to move my car?

This hotel was very well kept, clean, and recently refurbished. The staff downstairs were very friendly and helpful. They took care of my postage and delivery of postcards to canada. They provide some snacks and drinks in the room, which are refilled when the room is cleaned. The pool is beautiful and there is always staff on duty as a lifeguard. The sauna doesn't allow you in with clothes, which wasn't my jam. The beds were firm, the air con strong and it was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel, very happy with our choice

Big beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. Very kind and helpful staff. One person in particular went over and above for us during breakfast, and we felt really well cared for by her especially. The housekeeping staff are also very good at their jobs. Loved the pool and the fact that it stays open into the late evening. The surrounding area is not the most pretty, but it doesn't matter, we liked the local feel and being away from the crowds. There are nice places to eat, convenience stores and subway stations a short walk away. This hotel was a great choice for our family trip to Taiwan and we would stay here again for sure.

2 weeks staying at Miramar Garden Taipei

It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Staff are friendly and professional. Room is spacious. We got one double queen beds room. Beds are clean and comfortable. Sauna and fitness facilities you should not miss it. If I have to pick on something, I would comment on only two items here. 1) The location is a bit far away from subway stations. I would suggest to take express train from airport to Taipei main station. Then grab a Uber car service to the hotel. 2) The laundry room is a bit small with only 2 sets of washing and drying machines. But be honest we never need to wait for either washing or drying machine. They always available for us. :) Certainly our family will come back next time we visit Taipei

Clean and spacious rooms. Hotel is located next to various night markets. The laundry room and machines onsite in the basement of the building is a nice amenity. The only downside, is the gym; it is incredibly small, basically just a treadmill and some machines, do not expect to get a full body workout.
