Being new to Taipei we were unsure of where to stay. Although we enjoy walking this hotel was not close to areas of interest and the closest good coffee cafe was 20 mins walk away. The place itself was lovely and cleaning staff were especially warm and caring when we encountered them. My partner is 6’, I’m 5’7” and the shower was fixed at 5” so very low for us We would recommend to anyone who plans to taxi more than walk but will say we enjoyed our stay - rooms were very quiet despite being close to the main motorway and the pool was shaded all day so good place to escape the heat

Hotel is one of the nicer buildings in the neighborhood. Room was spacious and clean with everything you need. Breakfast had a great variety of both Chinese and Western options. Slightly far away from the MRT, but walkable to restaurants and shops.

This is one of the cleanest hotel I ever stayed. The pool is smaller than expected but they have split a lane for lap swimming. Greatly appreciated for it. My rate covered the complimentary breakfast and mini-bar. Good foods beyond standard. Highly recommended. I will visit Miramar Garden Taipei again!

The rooms were a little dated, the breakfast was limited in choice for Western tourists, the room service menu was again mainly for Asian guests, the staff were excellent though, but it’s not a place I would stay at again.

I was travel by myself with a rental car. When I tried to check-in, I parked my rental car on the drive way and made sure there was enough room for other car to move around. I unloaded my luggages with no one helped me, not even the porter. During my check-in, the porter came to the counter and told me that I have to move my car right the way as someone else behind me trying to park. Am I not also a customer? How could the porter offered help to the customer behind me and wanted me to leave all my luggage unattended to move my car?
