Pleasant, comfortable, clean. Quiet room. Good neighborhood right next to Subway station. I did not get breakfast at hotel, but there are lots of places nearby for breakfast.

Wonderful service, convenient, clean, quiet, and centralized. Perhaps the only suggestion is having a laundry floor. We had to call a few tines inquiring our laundry service that was not delivered before 9pm as expected.

All staff there are very friendly and nice. As I am not a chinease speaking person, I asked receptionist make a reservation for restaurant and massage, he did great job for me. I'll come and stay next time for sure.

The receptionist told us that she upgraded the room for us at check-in. At arrival to our room, we found there was no table/desk in the room which we had to leave all our stuff on the sofa. The shower door was not clean. The remote control for the lighting was in poor function, it took us a long time to turn off the lights. Not a good experience.

Very close to transport and food. Very clean, quiet and safe place. Spacious room and very nice bathroom. The bed is comfortable and amazing view of Taipei 101. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended here and will stay here again.

Overall the hotel room and location is great. But the fitness room is small and only has about 4-5 equipments, and it won’t be open until 7am which I consider a bit late. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel entrance is right next to MTR station. Highly recommended
