Happy stay

This hotel is very convenient, very near to train station. There are many eating place near the hotel as well. Hotel does not have breakfast, but you get 10% off on weekday and 5% off your total bill on weekend at Swenson, which is in the hotel for hotel guests. Price for breakfast set are very reasonable and big portion. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Bibby, the concierge guy, always smiling and helpful. Appreciate and please reward his great service. There is another man staff at the front desk who is also very helpful who i would like to thanks him for his great service too. We are on the king room, Room are spacious, clean and comfortable. I will stay in this hotel again if i go back to Taipei. Our room face Taipei 101 with full view.

Great location right next to Daan MRT station. Lots of dining options near by. Staff are polite and helpful. I was worried about the noise seeing as my room was next to a rail line, but no issue as the sound proofing is excellent.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The staffs were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They recommended some touristy places to visit and restaurants etc. They also told us how to take the MRT. Since it was our first time in Taipei, we were really grateful that they helped us get the best experience in Taiwan. We needed to urgently visit a local clinic during our stay. The front desk staff called the clinic near the hotel to make sure that they were open and there was a doctor who can speak English. Thanks to their help, we had such an amazing time in Taiwan. If we have a chance to visit again, we will definitely stay there. Thank you so much!

Great location! Hotel is well maintained and most staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 days there the first week and 5 days the last week during our stay in Taipei. Most staffs we encountered were pleasant except one female receptionist who did not give us good impression. But overall it is a hotel I will recommend.

Great hotel in a great area we walked to a lot of sites and if we didn’t want to walk we took the MRT which was conveniently located right outside the hotel. Staff was very friendly and would stay here again if in Taipei.
