Nice location
Great view to the forest park. No street noises even on 3rd floor. Lots of restaurants, convenient stores, bakery, supermarkets, coffee shops around.

This is a nice small hotel looking at the “central” park of Taipei. The hotel is next to MRT which makes it convenient to go anywhere in Taipei as well as to the airport. The staff are super nice and the room is well taken care.

Front desk staff are not helpful especially when I asked for local directions. My husband booked the hotel for 2 by mistake so I told the front staff but they told me it is the same rate if there are 2 or single. I found that hard to believe. Last experience I had with front desk was requesting a 5 am taxi driver to the airport but the staff told me that there is none available. He told me it’s better for me to go out by myself @5am to grab it. It’s just awful.

Economical stay with easy access to red MRT line
Descent hotel on the red subway line that is close to the main attractions. Although the bathroom style was a bit dated, everything in the room was clean and functional and well worth the cost. Bed was comfortable and you could not hear any noise next door or from the street. I would stay here again.

The Rido Hotel, Taipei owner is kindness and thoughtful businessmen. He provides free of charge of detergent, to use the Washing Machine and Dryer from 7 AM to 10pm. My husband and I were longer stayed in Taiwan for 15 days that this kind customer service was excellent helpful to us. We were really appreciated. Thank you so much. The only not convenient issue to us that no Breakfast provided. Taipei morning weather was warm and humidity. We were sweating after we had breakfast out side of Hotel. Anyway next travel we will book Rido Hotel again in late spring 2025..

3泊しましたが、エレベーターの宗教的な絵画を除けばとても快適に過ごせました。 大安森林公園のすぐ前でバスもたくさん走っていて地下鉄も近いしすぐ出掛けられます。 13:30からのフリーカフェも暖かい心遣いで嬉しかったです。

Rido Hotel is a cozy hotel in a superb location that is very convenient to both metro and bus transit. The hotel overlooks the beautiful Da’an Forest Park, a gem in the midst of urban Taipei. The staff are courteous and helpful. This was our second stay at this property, and it will not be our last.

I am a return visitor. The location in front of Da-an Forest Park is perfect for me as one who loves nature and birds, but it is in a very convenient location in Taipei. The hotel is clean, with beautiful decor, and the rooms are spacious with a good desk for work. I always take the park view. Fortunately, there is no breakfast, because there are wonderful places to eat breakfast in the area. I will come back again and again.

Nice and clean hotel. Very convenient for shopping and dining options. Only the last day, they’re fixing something in the building and the whole afternoon they were drilling sound other than that, I really like the hotel.

Amazing place to stay at in Taiwan as a tourist. Felt very safe and proximity to the Da'an.park was A big plus. Lots of options for restaurants, even vegetarian. The staff were very friendly. housekeeping was excellent. The toiletries provided were amazing. They have something like a happy hour every afternoon and it included tea, coffee, and snacks, and those days I couldn’t go down, they would bring it up to the room an assortment of the same. Central location was a big plus. The only thing I wish they had more were staff who were able to speak more English as it'd have made life a little bit easier. I would definitely recommend Rido Hotel to anyone visiting Taiwan.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. We reserved three separate rooms to accommodate our big family. Staff are friendly and very helpful. My mother had trouble standing for a long time while waiting for ride and they were kind enough to bring her a chair to sit at the lobby. They give us a separate room for takeout dinner when we ate in. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
