The room was a bit small and I had noisy neighbors (slamming doors as they enter and exit) but that's not the hotel's fault. When we booked it didn't include breakfast but when we arrived, they gave us complementary full breakfasts, which was awesome. The location is great in close proximity to an MRT station and lots and lots of food options. Bonus points for that.

Excellent hotel, clean, capacious room, a very pleasant shock coming from an AP- Hotel in back in Tokyo! Good breakfast, quiet, next to an MRT stop. All staff were very nice and helpful..the only little annoyance was the noisy ventilation system, but at least it was easy to turn off. Would stay here again!

We stayed here twice during our 10 day trip to Taiwan(we had to go to Hualien for 3 days for a bike race). Staff is amazing. The location is absolutely the best. Hotel is less than 100 meters away from subway station.

The staff was amazing. Not everyone is fluent in English, but more than willing to help. Free valet parking which is really awesome. Free laundry facility. Its literally about 100 meters from a subway station. Very centralized to just about everything. Room is huge(we got the deluxe room with king bed). We absolutely stay here again when we come back to Taiwan. Complimentary water bottles in room. Afternoon snacks delivered to room each afternoon.

The location of this hotel is superb. A few steps to the train station and hotel overlooks a park. nearby are many shops, cafes, restaurants, and other shopping streets. Good spas nearby too. A bit dated though but well maintained - and breakfast is very basic: fruits, toast, coffee, bread, dumpling. but sufficient.
