Good place for staying in Taipei. Close to Dingman station so easy to get around Taipei. Only thing I'd advise the hotel is to inform guests. We stayed there during the last Typhoon and we did not receive any info from the hotel. We of course had internet so we're able to find info online but I'd expected some info from the hotel as well

We had a complaint about the shower drain overflowing to the bathroom floor. They attended to it in a timely manner. They have a strange lighting system in our room that we had to ask about the next morning. We didn’t sleep well on the first night as a consequence

It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to Yong Kang. The room is very spacious for Taipei, has both shower and bathtub. The room was very clean, including the carpet. I was packing my luggage to check out & 10 minutes prior to check out time, I received a phone call from front desk to remind me to check out. This disrupted my baby’s nap. I don’t think the reminder call is necessary.

I’ve stayed at the Royal Biz many times for over 10 years. It has been comfortable, reasonably priced with a good selection of breakfast items. However the hotel is getting dated and breakfast items are very limited. Perhaps this is caused by a change of ownership. Having said that their service is good and friendly but I would probably pick another hotel in the future.

Good location for us. Just a bit of a walk to the MRT, but worth it. They gave us a free upgrade. The room was very clean, with daily maid service. The breakfast had a good variety. There was several staff and they were very friendly & helpful. Safe and quiet.

My family stayed in the hotel for a week and overall enjoyed the stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has great variety and the menu dosn't repeat from day to day which is rare. It is 7 minutes walk to the nearby Metro. The hotel is a bit old and the towels are worn. Overall, it is a pleasant experience.

I appreciated staying at this hotel, its no longer then 10 min walk to the MRT (train) and its so easy to go arond with those. The hotel ut self was fine, not too much noise from outsode and breakfasts was acveptablr.

Breakfast is excellent! Have Asian food and American breakfast, coffee is great, different food for 3 days we stayed, 5 minutes walking to MRT, room is spacious for 3, has table chair and sofa, 2 TV, bathroom has separate tub and shower, fancy toilet too, for the price we paid, it’s a 10/10
