Conveniently located in the city center, with easy access to public transportation and within walkable distance to shopping and dinning. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they will provide you with any travel guidance you need. The room was clean and the bed and bathroom were great. My mom and I had a pleasant stay, we highly recommended this hotel!

It’s an elegant nice hotel. They provide us free tea and snacks in a lounge. We stayed in a twin room. The room was a quite big. They provide us a gown and nemaki.

The hotel itself needs some updates but I will def stay again because of its location and friendliness of the staffs. Hotel is at a great location, park in the front and night market/lots eating options in the back and around. The staffs welcoming and greeting you at the door everyday without fail. They go above and beyond. I am sensitive to noise, though room faced a big street, I couldn’t hear any noise. I had a great sleep because of it. I’d highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is visiting either for work or leisure.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. excellent location to explore the city. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean, and they had coffee / tee with some delicious cookies in the lobby all the time. I strongly recommend this hotel.

My Pleasure Hotel In Taiwan

The hotel staff in the evening shift are very courtesy and helpful. We lost our phone on the Uber car then we ask them for help. The receptionists took all information about the driver and car license plate then contacted to ask the police for the lost and found and beside of this they directly call the Uber company and get info to contact the driver to tract the phone for us while we don't have any info nor speak the mandarin language. They found it quicky, 1 hour later, the driver bring the phone back for us. Thank you so much, San Want Recidences staff! We will stay again if we have a chance come back to Taiwan in the future!

This is a first class hotel that is within easy walking distance of many of the tourist sites in Taipei. It is also close to a main metro station. We loved the attentive and friendly staff who always seemed pleased to see us. Highly recommended

Good located hotel to nearby MTR Zhongshan. Nice hotel for a 4-5 star hotel but it is a bit outdated in the rooms. Facilities were okay, the breakfast could have been better but generally average. Liked that the room had a separate shower and deep soak bath though that was quite unique. All in all for the location and price it’s a good option to pick.
